This is a very good Chick-Fil-A. They have spicy chicken and chicken tenders that are more flavorful that the basic. I have never gotten a meal where the chicken or fries has been cooked in oil that is old or burnt. Any time I have said anything about an issue, such as having a gotten the wrong shake and missing something. Happens very few times, but always is corrected promptly.
Service is always great at Chick-fil-A. The drive through line typically wraps around the restaurant but then the food is always hot and it doesn't take a long time to get through. When necessary, they'll have someone come out to take orders so that the line moves faster.
I always have a great experience at the University Chick Fila but today was exemplary! I went back because I had the wrong salad dressing in my bag (not a big deal) but on my way back I had dropped 2 large lemonades. When I told the Manager what happened he not only gave me the correct dressing but 3 more plus gave me 2 lemonades to replace the ones I dropped along with a complimentary free lemonade. He was so empathetic about my mishap. His customer service was outstanding! I didn’t get his name but he always wears a bandana. Thank you so much! You really made my day! This was Oct 31st around 5pm.
Friendly service as usual. Fast.ypu can never complain about chick filet ... it's always consistent and better then peers.

Very nice location. Food is what you would expect, service is perfect and the place is very clean. They have a play area for the kids, so it's a good place to hang with young ones on a rainy day!
Really like this location. They do a lot of special and event with free breakfast. Heir drive thru is kind of in a wired spot though.
