Such a great manager & friendly staff. Went in for Take out breakfast because our power was out. Manager added 2 free large drinks to our order to help us stay hydrated. Very thoughtful. Thanks!
Decided to try out the Bojangles' Mobile App Curbside ordering tonight. (~6:50pm) All I ordered was a Bo's Chicken Sandwich, incredible. Choosing location, adding items to cart, and placing the order all went smoothly on the mobile app. Unfortunately, the employees did not begin making my order until 15 minutes after I placed the order when I went inside to inquire the status of my mobile order. There were no cars in the drive thru when I first arrived and 2-3 guests in line inside. I am not going to harshly rate this too much, considering I was testing out the App to see how it performs and relays to the staff and the employees were very kind and helpful when I came inside. Just some feedback from a former Bojangles team member myself back in the day. It's BO Time!
They were short handed the morning I ordered through the drive through, but the cashier was very open and honestly friendly about the situation. Also, the food quality was very good despite the staking shortage that morning.
Fast service and great food. Good location too.
The food was handed to me in a box, which I'm sure was prepared earlier. The results were hot chicken tenders but mushy fries. The service at the drive-thru was fine.
The drive-through definitely gets the attention at this restaurant, not a bad thing but we could work on the folks walking through the front door!
Cleanest Bojangles I've ever been to. The food was great, it was hot, fresh and cooked to perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The service was fast and very efficient. You could tell that the manager was running a tight shift. Every staff member was doing something. I highly recommend this Bojangles! Great job, Bojangle staff!
Great food. Not the best area but they prepared my food quick
I write this with mixed emotions. This is by far the best Bojangles I have ever been to. The line was long so they started taking food orders from people standing in the line before they got to the register. Kudos to that. The only trouble came when I actually got my food and the lettuce and tomato was not on my chicken sandwich deluxe. Apart from that the chicken was crunchy, the fries were crunchy. I had napkins, a straw, ketchup.
Food was spot on
The person who brought us our food not so good just said here and walked away
