The food is fantastic and my order was ready early. I decided to eat in for lunch, but please crank up the heat! I've gone by twice in the past few weeks and it's freezing in there.
So this restaurant always takes care of their guests . The customer service is outstanding! This chipotle is always clean and well taken care of.
This is a solid chipotle i thought maybe not cuz of the ratings but my bowl was delicious
I don’t know if it was because of a staffing shortage or maybe their system was down, but the food was still great. I only use online ordering anyway, so it was not a problem for myself but I did feel bad for the older customer who didn’t know how to use the app (second picture)
I live right down the road so I go here regularly. Depending on which employee you get the service will either be great or eh, though usually it’s great. I ALWAYS go in and order, like any fast food place ordering online or delivery means that it’ll most likely be wrong. So don’t let the bad reviews throw you off! It’s a great place, in a nice area, you just gotta go in and get your stuff. It’s not like they cook to order so it’ll take you 5 minutes at most. Manager is very nice and attentive as well.
This being close to the vast commerical office buildings, has become an everyday quick bite lunch place. Simple menu. Quick food. Staff here are friendly and quick to cater the crowd. Quite busy during the peak lunch hour times.
Shawn had great customer service. My food was fresh. I recommend this location for a quick lunch run. Nice job you guys!!
Fast service lady at the register on 9-12-23 was so polite and pleasant great job been coming in this location for a while great to see they have some pleasant employees for once
I just want to start by saying that Summer Brown is an AMAZING manager!!! We had an issue with our pickup order being taken by someone else and having to wait longer than expected for our order to be re-made, and Summer dealt with and resolved our issue super quickly. She went above and beyond, and made us feel like really valued customers!
The other team members were also happy, kind and helpful.
I would go out of my way, just to visit this location, for a great experience and amazing staff!

Pro tip: get a bowl with a tortilla on the side. You’ll have a fully loaded burrito and then a nice bowl to eat with your chips. Also that new queso blanco is good!! Glad they made the change
