The crew who was working today around 3pm provided the best customer service. There was a young gentleman with red hair & a young lady working the grill. Both of them were nice & attentive. Kudos to you 2 & your management team!
I stopped in to get my family some dinner and two awesome guys took care of me! It was a neat experience just getting dinner for the family to go!! I asked them their names and one was “Dei” and the other Constantine…I’m probably spelling this all wrong, but they both were awesome!! Thanks guys for a great experience, and I will definitely be back!!

We love JM’s and are regular customers. I love this location, in particular, because of the Crew! Even when new people are added to the team, everyone is always super friendly and helpful - remembering customer’s special orders, learning customer’s names, and quick to serve. This location and the one in Matthews offer a great Tuesday special. I hope that’s a keeper! Thanks for all you do, and continue to take good care of that Crew. They’re the best!
Today Ella helped me out with making my sandwich! She was super nice & friendly! Big shout out to Karter assistant manager who was phenomenal! I saw him in action training Bryce and I have to say WOW!! He’s great!! Bryce will do real good if he continues to learn from him! Overall I’m so satisfied with all the staff I met today!

Every time I come to this location the workers make my day. Today Carter in specific went out of his way to make my experience as good as possible. All of the staff is phenomenal ,and Carter also made a perfect Philly. The owner should make sure he hangs on to this crew he has!
The new manager is awesome. Fastest service we have ever had at a Jersey Mike’s…. Very efficient and super nice. Great experience! My three kids and I got out of there in no time- all happy 😊
Hands down the best sandwich I’ve had from any jersey mikes and possibly one of the better sandwiches I’ve ever had in general. Dei and Ella were not only giving the best customer service I’ve experienced but they made sure personally that I would enjoy my meal. Highly recommend going to this location if it’s what you’re thinking and you better tip dei and Ella as they deserve it more than just about anyone in the service industry. 10/10
This Jersey Mike’s is the best one I’ve been to! Their staff is amazing and go above and beyond. They are always stocked with chips and drinks. The place is always clean! 10/10 recommend!!!
D and Carter are just the nicest , friendliest people I've encountered in a long time. So much so that it made me want to come on here and tell others to go visit them because they're just a way of sunshine. If I could give them 100 stars I would.
The team was amazing and well prepared upon arrival! Very positive attitude and welcoming environment for me and my wife to enjoy our lunch! Highly suggest this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing service!
