Pretty good takeout, sizeable portions
Most everything I get here is pretty good Kung Pao Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, Shrimp Lo Mein, Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Mongolian Beef. prices are decent, short wait times. convenient location. My main complaint would be they should add pineapple, peppers & onions to the sweet and sour dishes.
I’m not sure why this place got so many negative reviews. The food was great, service could have been better, but we were there on Christmas Day around 5:30. Very busy with the pick up orders and walk-Ins. All our food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. The hot & sour soup along with the wonton egg drop soup were delicious. We ordered from the dinner special menu, the chicken in garlic sauce with fried rice and Mongolian beef with fried rice, both came with an egg roll and the soup. Great prices!!!!
Overall the food is good. The wonton soup broth wasn't as good as others I've had but was OK. The wontons themselves were almost entirely gummy wonton wrapper with little meat inside. The general tso chicken was flavourful and had a nice chicken wing /pork rind flavor almost like they cooked it in the skin. Only complaint there was the chicken on the inside was very dry. Pork fried rice was decent. Would have been better with a lot more onions
We got takeout here on Thanksgiving! They were fast and the food was delicious!
Not sure what is up with all the bad reviews, but I absolutely loved my meal. The wonton soup was amazing, so was the orange chicken and lo mein. No complaints here and will be ordering again! Best to go Chinese I’ve had in Charleston so far.
I had this delivered late on a Wednesday night and everything was really good. I got the hibachi steak and it was excellent, with nice, tender cuts of steak. I was impressed, as it all tasted very fresh, it didn't have that leftover/cheap/oversauced taste you get from some Americanized Chinese places

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. The food was hot when it arrived, which was great. All was very flavorful. Only downfall on food was the pork fried rice was a bit oily, but still flavorful.
Downside: DoorDash was way too expensive. The order was $50.00 for all the food. DoorDash cost us a bit over $14 (delivery, service and tip). I do not mind tipping, but the up charge was quite a bit. Next time in Charleston, we will visit the restaurant and pick up ourselves.

Great American Chinese food for a good price. Especially for being on King St. always recommend this for people.
They were super busy with orders, but our to go orders still came within less than 20 minutes at 11 pm! The food is phenomenal - by far the best Chinese food I've had in Charleston and, so far, my life. The honey wings were especially delicious, and the wontons! And the rice is amazing, too. Wontons were amazing, too. But the wings! You gotta go just for that! Can't wait to come back!
