I had the pleasure of dealing with tradessa tonight. There was a miscommunication over the phone with my delivery, that I admitted was likely my fault. She promptly arranged for the issue to be fixed. She was kind and professional, as was our delivery driver. Thank you for your help. We will be returning customers, and management should note that they have someone on their team doing a great job. Thank you again Tradessa :)

New service has actually made me want to give them a second chance before their service was very poor and ill mannered, now a very friendly and courteous representative answers your call and when you arrive you are greeted with friendly smile, good job on the improvement keep it up.
