The staff is the friendliest on the island of any establishment. Food has never not been good. They do chicken stripes right and they do them well.
Bring back the Buffalo bleu zalad. Also, the atmosphere got a 3 only because the women's bathroom had a broken soap dispenser, and I couldn't wash my hands. Hopefully, that will be fixed soon.
I love Zaxby's. Hands down some of the best chicken fast food restaurants ever. If I ever am in the south, I check out Zaxby's because I love it so much.
Ordered the 3 Nibblerz Meal with extra zax sauce and BBQ. All of it was so good. Wish they would come to the Midwest.

Would like to compliment one employee in particular… ARIYANA (Ari) as she always makes sure my order is getting done as fast as possible, always helps others (a real team player) to expedite orders quickly. She is courteous, friendly, business driven and stays focused. She communicates effectively and timely to make every visit a pleasure.
It’s a real asset to Zaxbys to have her as an employee and today I told the Mgr this. And the reason I enjoy coming to this Zaxbys!!! She really cares and deserves praise from management. Employees this good deserved to recognized as they are hard to come by in these short staffed days.
Food was great! Always love Zaxby's. However, this location was great! They were super busy, but their staff was on top of it. The staff had great attitudes and one even helped my kids get their drink while I was tied up. That meant alot to me.

Service in drive through has always been fast. The kids love their kid’s menu. I LOVE being able to get my Raspberry Flavor Coca Cola here! Also they brought back fried pickles!
I miss the Cajun Club sandwich. It was excellent. Zaxby's regular grilled chicken seem too bland. Now I'm searching for a new fast food resturant with a good grilled chicken sandwich
My husband and I love this Zaxby’s and order from it often. On 1/15 I placed an order through the mobile app to get the wrong food. We didn’t realize until we got home and management was quick to offer us the same items free of charge on our next visit. I tried to get that food today for some little girl to be rude and uncaring about my needs. She literally said that whoever I talked to before must not be there anymore and that she could not help me and that the store was too busy to help me right now. When I asked to speak with a manager she hung up on me. This experience really changed my view on this restaurant and who they choose to hire. While the customer is not always right, I didn’t deserve that from her. I deserved help and the food that I paid for over a month ago and still haven’t received.

After reading all the reviews, we decided to give Zaxby’s a try. First, the food was really good. It really didn’t taste like fast food. The cob salad was really good and so were the chicken strips and fries. Second, employees are either not wearing a mask, had the mask below their nose or hanging off their ear. At first, I thought it was an abnormality, but we went back the next day and it was the same thing, so we just decided not to eat there. The food is not worth being on a ventilator. While eating in the parking lot, some customers did not have masks going inside either and there isn’t a sign requiring it. Like I mentioned earlier, the food is good, so obviously eat at your own risk.
