Great place for consistently tasty chicken tenders of quality. Good sauce, good fries. The drive through is always quick and the value isn’t too bad either. They are doing it right. I feel like it’s a better value then chick fil a. They keep a simple and straight forward menu that’s easy to view and decide. I’ve never waited at the drive through for long periods. Clean surroundings. Good location, good portions.
I had four chicken fingers and fries with 2 toasts instead of the coleslaw and lemonade. The chicken fingers were good with a nice crisp. The lemonade was a little less sweet than I prefer it. The toast was soft and good. I recommend it.
I’m so glad there is a Cane’s in Charleston. The food was fresh and hot. The service was very good. The team was being coached by leaders about keeping quality very high. It was a pleasure to see. No problems with my order. Went 2 days in a row while visiting.
My son is the main chicken strips eater in our family and Zaxbys is his go to but while in Charleston he wanted to try Cane's again for deeper comparison. Cane chicken is good but not as good as Zaxbys, Cane's sauce is good but not as good as Zaxbys, however Cane's Service is way better than Zaxbys becasue the drive thru was busy so we went inside and the food was NO Wait and sevice was also better than Zaxbys
Drive thru pickup order..long line, but once the order was placed, the payment and food pickup were quick. The food was fresh and hot. First time I've eaten here.
Always good, fast service, hot food, great atmosphere. So much better than the other chicken joints. Tried the sandwich for the first time, gotta say I didn’t hate it. Would be better on Texas toast though - maybe I’ll ask next time.
Went to this location for lunch today. Completely full drive through, so I went inside. Decently full dining room as well, but no line on the register. I ordered and the cashier gave me my cup. I filled it up and not even 10 second later they called my name. I was confused and answered is this my order? And they said yes. Quick Quick Quick lunch service. Hats off to the employees working lunch shift today!
I loved that the menu was very simple. My family ordered the tailgate chicken tenders and some extra sides. The food was great. The employees were very friendly. The cane sauce for the chicken was mysteriously good. I couldn't figure out the flavor combination. The service was very quick too. So anyone with hungry children can appreciate that. The only thing that would have improved the meal would have been having a milk shake, but I'm not sure that was a option on the menu. None the less check them out!
I wish there was a location in West Ashley, because I would be here every other day. The chicken fingers were so good. Juicy. Tender. Well battered and fried. The dipping sauce was top notch and could compete with any of the top sauces in town at other local fried chicken locations. The fries were ok, but the chicken was the star, as it should be. Service was quick and friendly. Will visit again if I'm ever on this side of town again.
Over crowded parking lot! The line for the drive through was long (all the way around the building literally!) however they did move quickly! They were fast, friendly, and food was good. A bit over priced. Needs to be more budget friendly. Charging for sauce that should come with the meal extra I could understand. Needs to be a little more cautious in a rush the lid was not on good and spilled a little drink down my arm and wet my shirt but for most part a good first experience. We would definitely try again. Passing through customer.
