The service was great. She noticed my walker, and offered assistance with getting my drink and holding the bathroom door open for me when she saw I was headed that way.
Our double burger and fries was made how we wanted it, and was delicious.
The bathrooms were clean, and smelled fresh.
When in the area we’d come back.
Visited twice whilst on holiday. Read the previous reviews, which originally put me off. But thought best make own mind up. Tonight was served by a really lovely lady who said she was closing tonight so wasn’t on last night. Food was great again. Honestly don’t read the negative reviews, make own reviews by trying the place
I come here for lunch after my classes pretty frequently, the food is always good, and the workers are always beyond nice. today the manager? of the store helped me out tremendously and I won’t forget it. I wish I got her name to properly thank her!
This location rocks! They actually cook the fries! Yum! Friendly faces, and fast service too. I wish the other locations were as tasty. Thanks guys!
It was refreshing to find a taste of home here. We walked right in and were able to give our orders without any wait time. The cashier was well-spoken and courteous. Drink stations and condiments were very accessible and the order was received within about five minutes. The food was very good as usual from any Five Guys.
The restaurant can be cleaned. It is small things that people look at. Enjoy my food in a clean environment would be one.
Only reason I rated 4/5 stars is the expensive price, but besides that it was great! Staff was very nice and the lovely gentleman who was on fries hooked us up with extra seasoning on our cajun fries. Love the atmosphere.
Great fries as always. This location appeared to be but short of helping hands..So be ready to wait for your order to be fulfilled. I asked for iced coffee that I got in Steele Creek , Charlotte location but they don't have any custom drinks.
Good burgers and fries! A good bit slower than the 5 guys in my neighborhood, but it's all good.
Five guys had some fantastic burgers and enormous french fries servings. We usually opt for the little burger but you can get the regular or double burger too. I really like their hot dogs grilled as another option from hamburgers. You can add all kinds of toppings to your burger, grilled onions being my favorite. They put a number tag on the burger so distribution is easier at the table with multiple hamburgers.
