This bar is kind of out of the way, hidden in a strip mall in a parking lot. It is a pretty decent pub with a pool table, darts and other things to keep you busy, if you are interested in that sort of thing. The staff was friendly and it was suitably dark and relaxed when I visited. We ate some kind of "tots" appetizer that basically fulfilled the minimum requirement for bar food and was not great. It is a decent choice, for a spot to meetup, have a beer and play some darts or pool with friends.
We were looking for a place that we hadn't been to before. Even though we went on a Tuesday night and it was slow, this place did not disappoint. The food was good, the atmosphere was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and we felt welcome. Great beer selection. I would recommend stopping by and having a drink or two and sampling some good food.
Fish N Chip was awesome. Biggest piece of fish E.V.E.R. My daughter got the British BLT. The rosemary aoli is really good. The boys got the Classic Burger and a Grilled Cheese. Both were good. Mountain of fries on all the plates.

His magnetic personality and attention to detail enhanced our overall experience, making us feel not just as customers but as part of a community.
For my meal, I couldn't resist the Club Sandwich—a triple-decker marvel that was incredibly satisfying. To put the cherry on top, they offer HP sauce as an optional condiment for your French fries, making it a rare find for those of us who appreciate this English staple.
Let's not forget their Happy Hour. Running from 4-7pm, Monday to Friday, it's an exceptional deal and a great opportunity to unwind after work. And though I didn't have the sushi this time, it's available six days a week, highlighting the establishment's commitment to a diverse menu.
To sum it up, My Father's Moustache is an extraordinary venue offering a blend of English authenticity and culinary diversity. Stepping into My Father's Mustache is like entering a delightful slice of the UK right here in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The cozy ambiance reminiscent of a traditional English dive bar immediately transports you across the Atlantic. The Shepherd's pies are a triumph, made proper with succulent lamb that melts in your mouth. The fish and chips are a delight, boasting a perfect breading and accompanied by that quintessential touch of vinegar. The tantalizing burgers are a must-try, visually appealing and promising a flavorful experience.
Although the sushi bar wasn't available during my visit, the anticipation of returning for their sushi offerings adds to the charm. Beyond the scrumptious fare, the outdoor activities like cornhole and ample seating on both sides of the building provide a fantastic setting for a laid-back time with friends and family. The availability of free and clean public parking nearby is a practical plus.
The openness of the space and the warm, friendly staff further enhance the overall welcoming experience. My Father's Mustache strikes a perfect balance between the authentic UK pub feel and the lively spirit of a local hangout, making it an absolute gem in Mount Pleasant's culinary scene.
This was our 2nd time visiting as we had been there last year as well, but it's a good spot to catch Soccer and other sports, with solid food and plenty of drink options. Much like last year the bartenders have been very helpful trying to get different games we're interested in on the TVs. Brad was great - he had his hands full managing a mix of customers at the bar and tables in and out...all while dealing with kids making a mess and running around with the parental supervision losing out to their own enjoyment and conversations.
They have cornhole tournaments on Wednesdays outside, shuffleboard, two pool tables, 2 dart boards, and a stage for live music. Great food and beer selection.
Found this quite by chance. My burger was great, the fries with rarebit was the best "cheese fries" you can imagine. You have to try their rarebit. Never had it before, but even if it was the worst rarebit (and I just can't believe that), it was phenomenal!
I love everything about this place. The food is so yummy, the staff is awesome, they have great live music, nice pool tables, and bocce/corn-hole courts.
Great food, gotta try the fish n chips! Great atmosphere and friendly service! They usually have live music on the weekends and stay open pretty late as well! Great place to watch sports as well especially if you are into soccer!!! Still love the place, everything has only gotten better!
