This is my favorite place. Best food, best booze, best staff, best owners. Ambiance and friends, I go here almost every day.
The best spot in Cave Creek hands down for breakfast, lunch, dinner a snack or just morning coffee! Everything Local Jonny's has to offer is absolutely excellent from the food and drink to the atmosphere and staff. Keep up the great work! Love this place
Great place for breakfast! Awesome coffee and breakfast burrito was sooo very good. I’m definitely going back. My wife was also impressed and she really liked this restaurant also.
Small Coffee Shop - Breakfast/Lunch Cafe in Cave Creek. This is a very small cafe with a couple table patio located in the Flat Tire Bike Shop in Cave Creek. This is a Coffee Shop with limited Breakfast/Lunch Menu that also offers Craft Beers and Wine. We stopped in for sandwiches here. I had the Sriracha Turkey on Grilled Rye Bread. The sandwich was packed with Sriracha Cole Slaw that was a little drippy but made the sandwich tasty. My plate was garnished with a sample of Olive Corn Relish and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. My husband had a Grinder Sandwich it was mostly ham with Soppresata, provolone olive bruschetta. He asked for them to leave off the dijon mayo. Sandwiches were OK. The Bread was good and the meats used seemed fresh.
Great place. Been there a number of times when visiting from Chicago and it never disappoints. Breakfast is GREAT. Also had dinner and a beer there. Service is super and food is delicious.
We had our Cavaliers club Christmas party held here in the outdoor area which was nicely decked out and accommodating to our dogs. A good time was had for all.
It’s so nice to be at Cave Creek at Black Friday! Surprisingly they have a lot of people visiting this town today. There’re artists studio opens and we checked several several ones. It’s very nice to see their artworks. And this restaurant is so delicious. It’s very packed when we went in for Friday lunch. Their foods are yummy. I ordered a Cubano and my husband ordered a burger. Parents ordered a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito. I highly recommend this restaurant if you visit here.
The food, atmosphere, prices and service are all 5 stars. It's almost too good to be true, but it is! Worth the drive to Cave Creek.
Very friendly, clean and just a cool place. Unfortunately we just stopped in for a Togo coffee. We will definitely go back for lunch in the future.
When my wife and I travel, we always look for locally owned businesses. We found Jonny’s based on Yelp reviews. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was very good. Our server Melissa was indeed a princess and customer service was off the chain. I had a breakfast sandwich and pancakes and my wife had the oatmeal. All very good. Loved the small town vibe as well.
Me and my husband drive by Local Johnny's all the time. Today we decided to stop for lunch and we were so happy we did. The service was excellent; fast. I had a delicious salad and my better half went with the breakfast tacos. The place has such a cool, laid back vibe. We sat on the patio under the heaters, next to a stage where they host local bands, open mic, and trivia night. So fun. We will be back!
Update: husband and I returned for lunch today and once again, it was a wonderful experience. Cody was our waiter; he was super friendly, attentive, provided great recommendations. The severs were great also. We sat outside and even in over 100 degrees, the covered patio and misters made it feel really nice.
Food was good, but quite expensive for what it was; specifically the kids food!!!
California burger had really good flavor, the restaurant had a nice patio, the server brought us everything in a timely manner, hostess was sweet.... but just was overpriced.

We live west of the Cardinals stadium- we decided to try a new breakfast place. We started driving towards cave creek. We saw local Johnny's. We went in and instantly I knew i would enjoy it. The people were so nice and then we ordered. First let's talk about the Bloody Mary with everything. The pickled green bean, bacon. Stuffed olive and pickle spear was a nice appetizer in the drink and this Bloody Mary was awesome! My husband (who was a bartender many years ago) complains about cocktails. And he couldn't this time. So nice!!! Then we ordered and food was so delicious. We got the egg sandwich. Wow. Absolutely delicious! Also so many workers came by to ask if we needed anything- not in a bugging way but in a way that Made the service one of a kind. I love good service. And they picked up plates in a timely manner. When I'm done eating I don't want to stare at my dirty plate - do you? This place is worth the drive if you live further away. If you live close - lucky you!! We will definitely be back!
Love this lil spot Dog Horse n Burro friendly. . Great lil Coffee Shop. Staff is friendly n easy going. Food is very good n the Grapefruit Mimosa is excellent. Nice Beer list. Thurs. Open mic n Weekends they have music on patio. Occasional Wine Tastings. Nice outdoor spaces with Misters serve breakfast n lunch till 2 n 3 pm starts dinner.
