Typical east side bar as a sort of time capsule to years past. Comfy bar stools, a horseshoe type bar, and well above average "pub-food". Would definitely recommend a peak to locals looking for a watering hole.
Best qualities include multiple games including puck bowling, 2 dart boards, quick draw, and even a cornhole set. The dining area is even large enough for indoor winter play. There's also a nice patio that is large enough for smokers to enjoy, and non-smokers to enjoy a nice few drinks to be distant enough to enjoy the fresh air and a cold beverage.
Been there several times now and all the staff is super friendly, and can tell some pretty interesting stories when provoked.
The regulars are also very interesting and have stories of their own, including one woman that works for the zoo and legit had a "pet" polar bear she was care-taker of in her own home for a period.
In summary, great fish fry, great wings, cold beer, great staff, friendly patrons, and a large bar and dining area
The best wings and experience! Brought in a large group and they were very nice! We had a lot of fun- must go! Food came out fast and the staff was great!
What a good time i had!!! this is a little local neighborhood bar that I stopped in to meet a friend...ended up playin darts and a bowling game with all the regulars that were in at the time.Even got a tack from there kitchen and it was delish!
Wow. Went tonight with a group of friends and was thrilled. Food was awesome (real potato french fries!!!)and very inexpensive. I can't wait to go back.
Fast, Friendly, Courteous service, Food was good and the "crowd" was very welcoming. I will go back, nice little neighborhood joint/tavern.
Nice quiet bar. No shenanigans here. Get some good food and cold drinks. Play pool, darts or music. Stop on in!
Enjoyed a great live band, was surprised at how roomy it was inside, there's even a dance floor.
