The service was good. The food was good.
The kitchen staff was ROCKING out to music back there and it was both entertaining and enjoyable. I like seeing employees having a good time.
I had a good mushroom swiss burger and the fries were hot.
We’d eat at this place off the main road again. Maybe breakfast.
Friendly service and tasty food. Cute decorations inside. One of the only places open for breakfast on Tuesday as well. Left satisfied.
This is a nice place to stop in for some great food. Be aware that they are short staffed and lots of folks like this place. If you are impatient or rude perhaps you should look elsewhere. The staff is far too kind to deal with stuff like that. If you can wait then you will have some of the best tasting southern food you can find here at this gem of a diner. I had the meat lovers omelette with home fries and toast. Their sweet tea is on point. I cleaned my plate.
Nice local place, ate breakfast on a Saturday and they had a buffet $10 and some change. Gravy, biscuits link and Pattie sausage, bacon, eggs and fried potatoes were the items offered. Would probably order off the menu the next time.
All a round good food ! Everyone was great they took care of us even with a medical emergency outside they had to tend to.
Food was great. Short staffed so wait to enter was late. BUT it was worth it.
This is a must stop for breakfast B4 you ride the train. Great prices, great food, great service and the Best Coffee in town. There may be a line but it's worth the wait.
Place is great, food great price, very clean, excellent service even understaffed. The waitress did everything right and you won't leave hungry for sure.
I will be honest that this wasn't our first choice for breakfast we did enjoy our meals. We got our orders in quickly, got our drinks really fast and were lucky enough to get our food before the power went out in all of downtown. The only downside was that they offered grits but didn't have any. There is a sign that says they are short staffed and having went a little later in the morning that really did effect us. the food was freshly made, cooked just as asked and the pancake was the thickest one that I have ever had. I am glad that we ended up at the Iron Skillet and we would definitely go back.
Service and breakfast was delicious. Good county old fashion breakfast. We had 7 people aging 8 yrs to 48 years everyone was very pleased with all the food! I would highly recommend it. The wait was no more than 5 minutes. The restaurant across the street was a 30 min wait. ❤️
