The best pizza I've ever had in Brooklyn. Couldn't recommend more.
Luzzo's is a great and definitely cool place to be! and sure the place to be if you want to enjoy a very good pizza with friends and if in a couple!
The manager Gennaro is a hoot! Haven’t had a single bad dish at Luzzo’s. Espresso martinis are to die for. Very cozy intimate vibe for dine-in. Definitely try their pizza + a few apps.
Very good pizzas and they have a gluten free option, which is great (the gluten free is one of best I ever had in terms of texture and taste).
Even though I know NYC doesn’t come cheap, $80 (tips included) for 2 gluten free pizzas (no drinks) is a little bit too much and is the reason I only put 4 stars.
Imagine angels needed a delicate bridge between clouds, and you have some idea of Luzzo's crust. Almost weightless, thin, and yet substantial enough to balance the tomato sauce. Like the pizza, the salad was an even and masterful balance of flavors. The waiter was so kind I had to check my phone to make sure I was still in New York.
Gluten free crust is very convincing. Great list of Negroni cocktails. Excellent toppings. Really good all around.
Such a nice cute place. Pizza was very good. Came to celebrate my daughter birthday after skating at Pier 2. Calm environment. Kid friendly ( except the soda glasses lol) Chocolate Zeppoles were amazing !! So good.Great place to go with the family, Will most definitely be returning for another pie !
I love Luzzo's so much. The staff are AMAZING, the cocktails + food are so good, and the atmosphere is the best. You feel right at home here when you sit down for a meal. The location is incredible, too - right near Brooklyn Heights off of Atlantic Avenue. It is always a joy getting to come back & visit, I'm obsessed with this place. Highly recommend!

Loved the Rigatoni. The pizza was authentic and different. I wasn't a fan of the drink I purchased. Great option if you want to eat outside and enjoy the weather while also eating a good meal. The servers were great and so was the bread!
Good ole pizza!
The crust is perfection! Thin but not soggy and gross, also not to crunchy /crispy. The sauce isn't too acidic.
The topping of choice on the wonderful Saturday night when I visited was spicy salami. It was salty and tasted like high quality pepperoni.
I had a cosmo which is pictured and it was awfully sweet and just ehhh.
Some of my favorite pizza in Brooklyn. Interior is cozy and fun, and the staff are very friendly. Pizzas are expensive but high quality.
Beautiful environment and atmosphere, you feel in Italy, pasta, pizza and drinks all perfect. A pleasure to have met Gennaro from Naples, a really funny and sociable person
