Every Dominos in the area has a 2 star rating and the main complaint is delivery. I visited the store and saw first hand what these people go through. Not making excuses for the workers but what i saw was a high demand for pizza overwhelming 3 employees.
I went at midnight on a Tuesday night and the phone was ringing nonstop while online orders were pouring in. 3 employees aren’t enough for that. So when you guys are giving your attitude to these workers for their service i think you should re direct that energy to the corporation if you want a different outcome. They’ve given the franchise a makeover with these new stores but they aren’t supplying them with enough workers to meet the demand.
If you want a pizza from this place id say just go get it yourself.
I ordered from this Dominos and the experience was exceptional. They really giving Pizza Hut a run for their money. They must have new management now, they are on point.
We ordered and the pizza was here in less than an hour. I was missing the sauces and they put jalapeños, after asking for no jalapeños, in the cheesy bread. I called and spoke to the manager, I believe his name was Rudy, and he took care of it immediately. He sent us a fresh cheesy bread and the sauces prontoooo! F Pizza Hut, we are true dominos fans now. Thank you Rudy for the amazing experience. Oh, can’t forget to say that the pizza got here super nice and hot. My kids and I really enjoyed it.
People take the time to talk s#|+ and complain, how about we applaud them for when they do an amazing job. Thank you again so much.
I’m taking a star away for the lack of texture on my wings, which tasted microwaved or sum, definitely wasn’t giving well done as I personally asked for. My handmade pan pizza was tasty tho, it had the right amount of toppings and crispy edges! I’ll order ONLY pizza from here pass on everything else.
My pizza came late BUT it was still warm and they rectified their lateness without me having to do anything. Because of the great customer service and the food was good, ALSO they were much faster the next time I ordered. So, I gave them 5 stars!
The Delivery was good timing in my experience. the pizza wasn’t crazy hot but it was hot enough to be eaten and liked. The pizza was well done not messy or over sauced. Sometimes they delay in delivery after coming out the store an hour before it gets to you. I love their pizza I just hate the delivery process
