Outstanding hospitality & great food Had a very impressive meal at this small North End restaurant. We had a reservation for seven people. When some of party arrived 20 minutes early, the table was ready with a sign on it. They seated our partial party & took a drink order. At one point the manager stopped by to make sure that someone had already taken care of us. The martini (they only have one kind of boutique gin) was very good. Service was excellent. When the only complaint you have is they didn't refill wine from the bottle after the first pour, you're starting to get into rarified air. ;-) The appetizer, Ricotta Croccante was outstanding. The burrata was also very good. Nice touch to indicate vegetarian options on the menu with a (v). My tagliatelle ai funghi was very good, but my wife's orecchiette al pesto di rucola was better. My friends enjoyed their seafood dishes. The server made sure to take care of the kids in our party and frequently/unobtrusively checked back to make sure we were all set. The atmosphere is really nice -- though the dining area got a bit loud. The prices are on the reasonable side of today's North End (the era of inexpensive meals in the neighborhood ended when the expressway came down). The quality of the food was just fantastic. The bathroom was wheelchair accessible, but with a step up into the restaurant, I'm not sure how someone could get in if they couldn't do a transfer -- the narrow sidewalks in the neighborhood would also be a challenge.

Food was fantastic! Nice wine list and a few cool mixed drinks. Beer selection was modest. Wait staff was prompt. Clean and neat. Nice decorating, similar to other Italian restaurants in this part of town. Easy walk from parking. No dessert this time, we walked over to Modern Pastry!

I had the gnocchi and my girl had the steak which was all phenomenal! It was amazing! Our waitress Rebecca is the sweetest and greatest! She ran the bar and served us at the same time! Truly a masterpiece of food at this location! I will recommend this place to anyone!

Mid afternoon lunch was perfect. We had the restaurant to ourselves, and the manager was very friendly and very accommodating. All three dishes that were served were spot on in terms of flavor and quality. The portions served went well beyond any of our expectations. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere.....
