The sales are so so but the food is consistently good. It's definitely convenient late night after a lot of places close. The delivery fee is a bit outrageous.
Best Papa John's. Super clean location, very nice owners and staff, food was spot on and baked correctly, no complaints at all. Couldn't ask for more.

Papa John's made me love pizza again. I ordered a pepperoni pizza thin crust and the taste was awesome. The pepperoni pizza hit my taste buds like a boxer and knocked me out in round one. The customer service was awesome as well, very friendly and polite. The person that took my order was very friendly and polite as well. My delivery guy was friendly as well and polite, I will indeed order from this Papa John's again
Been ordering here so far so good pizza comes hot and does not take long but One thing I will say don’t ever come to my door yelling at my mom about a wrong phone number sorry for the issue but I clearly put instructions on how to find the house that was very rude she was not even the one that ordered the pizza that’s what happens when you assume . Otherwise service is fine
I have always gotten delivery so I am unsure what the store looks like (gave them excellent because it says I have to rate decor to leave a review) however, I am always pleased with my order. I have been ordering from them for over a year and can honestly say that only once did I feel my delivery took a little longer than expected. Normally my order arrives quickly always hot and fresh and exactly what I ordered. I was a little surprised to see so many negative reviews, I am wondering if maybe management is different since I have been ordering there. Either way, based on personal experience I would definitely recommend this Papa John's location!

This was my 2nd time visiting the Papa John's on Reisterstown Rd. I was pleased with my food the day before so I had to visit again. The restaurant was clean. I was greated when I entered the store. The cashier hurried up and retrieved my order. She didn't rush me while I was checking my order. The food was hot and smelled delicious. I will buy from this location again.
