Friendly service and great, typical McDonald’s menu items to enjoy!
I haven’t been to this location since well before the pandemic started, but saw an article that the McRib was back and had to go! No inside dining is allowed because of the pandemic, but there is takeout, drive-through and mobile order curbside pick up available.
Easily seen from either South Lamar or Barton Springs Road.
Had very fast drive-through service, even with 3 cars ahead of me. The order-taker understood the app better than most places and was able to add items to it so I could use it to pay for my order. The food was fresh, hot, and really good. I like how convenient it is to get off and right back on to Mopac.
Says they’re closed for maintenance looks like it’s gonna be a while just about everything inside torn out there’s also people outside that are very disappointed I saw one person crying.
Always came in handy to stop here as I spent a lot of time driving this part of Austin. Its a very good location. This location is easy to see from traffic, has an outdoor seating area. The dining room is large and adequate for a group to stop in. There is ample parking and it is free. There is a drive through service but of course not table service. There is a public restroom. Service has always been good here for me.
Customer service isn’t their thing, but I get it, they’re always busy. I usually just order to go since I’m on a quick lunch from work. They now have a coin system in place for the bathrooms. So you can order your food and just hope it doesn’t get taken by someone else while you wash your hands. Other than that the place is okay.
I give this a 4 star review cause it was good and the food was sort of good looking. One of the ladies there was talking and laughing as I was ordering and it made me kind of angry. Other then that. I had no complaints.
