I got an email saying Cyber Monday Pizza sale if you order from the website. I ordered and when I picked it up that manager didn't know about the cyber monday sale but gave me a discount. I contacted Jennifer from the email and she called and we had a GREAT conversation and she went WELL above to make sure I was taken care of. They may have new owners but they know the pizza game and I can assure you that Mr. Gatti's is still the real deal. Real taste is STILL what they got!! Outstanding since I started eating it in 1982!
This is by far my favorite Mr. Gatti's! The best one in the area by far! I will drive out of my way to pick up an order from this location! The pizza is always fresh and just flat out better than the nearby sister locations! The phone is always answered promptly and my order is always ready on time! Best location around, thank you guys for being so deliciously wonderful! :]

Employee Ruby was very helpful, hard-working and kind. I watched her help a disabled patron. Truly outstanding customer service. Pizza is great too! We will go back.
I almost always get a super tasty pizza from this place. My favorite pizza chain in town. Forget the naysayers and just check this place out. Online ordering, delivery or pick-up... so easy and so delicious.
Gattis North Hills is a great neighborhood place to get pizzas. The pizzas are great. They get to me fast and hot and the driver is always helpful.
