The kebbeh plate and falafel sandwich are so delicious; great food that makes you feel good after eating it. Tony and Charlotte are so welcoming and make you feel right at home
Honest review...I've lived in the Middle East and I'm obsessed with Lebanese food, among others, and this place just gets it. Fresh, thought out and perfectly executed Lebanese food. My favorite is the falafel wrap. Hot, crunchy & moist falafel made to order by the super nice owners with fresh cut everything. 10 out of 10. Support this local establishment, I know I will be. We finally tried Hummus after driving by for several years and it did not disappoint. We both had the Shawarma sandwich and we’re very pleased with the flavors and the size of the wrap! The owner was very friendly and answered our questions. We will be going back soon!
Authentic Lebanese food. The tabbouleh and the rice were almost exactly how my mom and grandmother make it. I normally don't like falafel but they gave me some to try and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.

10/5 stars - I cannot wait to return for seconds! Hummus Cuisine is a true gem. The falafel sandwich was especially delicious and an absolute must. My only complaint is that I did not have room for another. Pro tip: order a side of hummus to kick it up a notch. I foolishly waited until halfway through the meal before this realization. The sandwich itself was assembled with care and every bite felt balanced from start to finish.
Charlotte and Tony (owners) were very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The strength of their partnership is evident in the marriage of their ingredients and the warmth of the whole experience.

Fantastic!! The couple who owns it are the absolute cutest and are so sweet. They really took a lot of pride in their food - and they should! It was absolute perfection. We had the falafel plate and the falafel sandwich, both were 10/10! Very filling but didn’t feel heavy at all. We can’t wait to be repeat customers!
