Amazing atmosphere and service. Starbucks was clean, fast and had great service. Staff was friendly and polite. Yuliana and Cory were amazing and great to deal with. I wish there were more employees like them!
Brilliant as always, although it is to be noted that with servers like Issac & Angelica.. it's an added bonus. Angelica especially, is always helpful and kind to me, and cares quite a lot for every customer that comes into the store! Props to Starbucks to hire good people like them.
Jamie was SO sweet. I haven't been to Starbucks in a while, but knew I liked the sweet foam, he suggested I try the cinnamon Carmel version and even gave me extra sweet cream, bc I told him how much I liked it. 10/10 would recommend!! It was SO good!
He was also training somebody, and was being so kind in explaining how to make the coffees and tips to make it easier for him in the future.
He seems like a wonderful employee, and an asset to this location.

I travel across the United States for conventions quite frequently, and being on the go as much as I am means I'm in desperate need of coffee. This Starbucks is without a doubt, hands down the best Starbucks I've been able to frequent this past weekend. Service was efficient despite the lines, the staff worked as a solid unit, and beyond that they were smiling and laughing together. The stress management and efficiency of this crew blew me out of the water. They chugged through all the customers with phenomenal care, and that is no easy feat when there's a major event happening. Thank you for attributing to such a fantastic first experience to Austin (and Texas!)
We were traveling for the holidays and NEEDED some coffee. We came to the right place and an employee named Corey helped us. He was so kind and definitely made our little visit worth it.
These ladies have been amazing everyday of my stay. Great personalities, fast service, they just make the experience great. Karla was especially friendly and patient.

Today I went in and all the ladies were working so hard , Yulissa took my order and Laura created an amazing beverage for me. Definitely recommend very friendly staff!
