The food was very good and our waiter Shelby rocked it! We had a table of about 15 and food was delivered in a very timely manner!
Awesome place to eat they were very polite even with our 2yr old boy he's a handful but they made it a nice dinner the kids love the Mac and cheese its good.
Shelby was our server and she was AMAZING! Customer service was 10/10. We didn’t have to ask for refills on anything, she regularly checked on us andddd was kind to every table that came in after us.
The food is good BUT I WILL COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE SHELBY WAS FANTASTIC.

Great food for the money. I loved what I ordered. The Scorpion gourmet burger with endless steak fries. Was very good. I asked for well done no pink. When it came to my table it had a bit of pink but was still good.
The food is great. Love the fried pickles for appetizers, and the chicken wraps are delicious. They also have a BLT turkey croissant sandwich, which is fantastic if you are in the mood for something other than a hamburger. The servers are very nice and friendly. However, we did have to wait a long time to be seated and get refills on drinks. There is usually no parking near the restaurant. You more than likely have to park in the parking lot next to the main parking area for the restaurant. Which is not a big deal.
We always enjoy going to Red Robin. This particular location consistently out performs the cottonwood location. Service was great, the food took a little while but we were able to ask for fries while we waited. They always have balloons for the kids as well. Nice atmosphere. There are sports on the TVs and low level music playing in the background. The kids cheese pizza tasted really good. The pineapple wasn’t fully grilled on the teriyaki chicken sandwich.
They were out of fish, but they made sure I found something I wanted to eat. What made me so happy my son left his mom's iPhone behind, and they charged it and had it waiting for pick up. Thank you all, especially the young lady at the front desk and the young man who was the manager. Happy holidays

First eating there since Red Robin 1st came to ALBUQUERQUE. The food was AWESOME and I'm glad my friend and I went after shopping. The TURKEY BURGER was seasoned soooo good.
The young lady that was our server made sure that our drinks were full and she made sure we didn't need anything.
I LOVED it. STEVE the manager was very nice too. Bought Gift cards also. We will be going back.
I haven't been to red robin In I think 5 years and I have heard really good things about there food and staff. Our server Lauren was really energetic and very welcoming. Especially for me and my wife coming in about an hour to closing time. Food was phenomenal. Energy in this place is really vibeful. Steven then general manager was really friendly and went out of his way to talk to us on his time. All in all this staff is awesome. And this location makes all the other ones put to shame. Thank you staff member at red robin.
Great environment for all ages in your family environment. Have great burgers and endless fries. Food delivery to table is always amazing. Only negative thing the numerous times our family have, been to the location at old Winrock mall location in Albuquerque New Mexico. The negative in it is parking very, very, very, and again very limited places to park when dining in restaurant. Our family has numerous elderly loved ones mother-in-law, my Mom, and my Dad like to eat out with family 2 to 3 times week. The walk to main doors was, up by the mall stores.
Our server was phenomenal and very sweet today (I think his name was Anthony). Very attentive and so engaged with my 2 year old. Most places ignore her when she’s trying to talk to them so it was nice of him to include her.
Our server, Anthony, was so incredibly kind and was very on top of our service. The manager, Christopher, was also very kind and checked on us to be sure that we were doing okay. I would highly recommend this Red Robin location. Their food is great and their service is absolutely amazing.
