My friend is training as a physician's assistant and is in a particularly tough rotation. I ordered her breakfast a few days ago for delivery. Everything was perfect, but unfortunately her pancakes came without the cream cheese frosting. She jokingly called the next morning and told them she was bummed out about it. The manager had her stop by and not only gave her a container of the cream cheese frosting, he remade the entire meal for her for free! Amazing customer service and this is now my favorite restaurant in Albuquerque, just ahead of Campo at Los Poblanos. Thanks IHOP, you made this guy and my PA friend very happy.
The food is always good & as well as the service. On this visit however we waited a long time (30+minutes) for our food & had to end up taking it with us since we were on our lunch break. Our waiter was still very attentive & did the best he could. Even though we took our dinner with us, the food was still very good. I gave the review stars based on our service and food and not the wait time since we have never had to wait like that in all the years we have gone there. Things happen that are out of their control. 😊
We always love this place. Great customer service and they are always understanding of children being children! We love y’all!!
I really enjoy the food, but I really miss the French toasted cinnamon roll! The service is kinda iffy sometimes, but you do get served eventually. I know it's a simple thing, but get the scrambled eggs. They put butter in there and it's so good!
Kayce was our server, she was amazing! Very attentive and welcoming, even with how busy they were, we waited for a reasonable amount of time. Our food came out pretty quick too and it was all very delicious! I have to give them props on their service, I know things can be chaotic when it's busy but everyone remained professional I am very impressed!

First time back in years, our server only server, did our standing job. Our food arrived in good time. Was delicious ordered take out also was spot on accurate and still hot when kids got it at home.
I'm so glad IHOP re-opened! It was surely missed. Dine-in is great, along with the food quality. Highly recommended, but be sure to dine-in. DO NOT order DELIVERY!
Great in-and-out restaurant. The servers were quick, and the food was excellent! Kudos to the staff and cooks!

I came here on Saturday and got the Strawberry Banana Pancakes, plus some other things.
They were super good and our host was really nice and funny. Padme?- something. I feel bad that I don't remember the name, I hope I see them again someday.
We both enjoyed our food, our eggs were cooked exactly like we asked, and it was overall a really nice experience :)
The manager here is very professional and will go above and beyond to make sure that the customer has a wonderful dining experience.
