Taco Bell

12-20-23 Updated Academy and Wyoming location Well I come here quite often because it's around where I work usually . In the last week or so I have gotten the nacho fries several times . Almost all the time I have to go back in the store because they were soggy and room temperature . I shouldn't have to do that . Multiple times I have not had time because I was at work so I just didn't eat them away. This location has gone downhill severely. Also multiple times I've only gotten like a quarter inch of cheese sauce in a little cup they gave me maybe enough for two or three fries. Give me the wrong sauces or don't give me sauces. Sometimes don't get napkins either. I'll just go to the Montgomery and Eubank location instead 1st review Eubank and Montgomery But we're all I pulled up to the drive-thru and I was immediately made aware that they were out of beef, nacho cheese sauce, tortillas, and a few other products I'd already made my order on my app. So they offered to basically upgrade my meal to steak. And then give me a Doritos Locos Taco instead of a soft taco. That's awesome and I'm very happy with how they handled their missing food products. I know they took a little bit of a food cost. But that's how it should be dealt with if you are out of products you should be upgrading customers for the inconvenience. I did see several cars to drive right through though and not order. I was overall very happy with my meal

Wow... The five of us went back again. Not only was the food and service excellent but the staff went out of their way.. I thought I had lost my phone. Morgan help me find it, by having someone review the security tapes. Customer service at it's best. Thanks to everyone.

Not the worst taco bell ever! It's employees must be phenomenal!

Service is always good. Food is always fresh and tasty.

The Mexican pizza is back. Now I can go back to Taco bell.
