Great food and service. My wife and I order a meal that comes as a big portion, eat most and take the rest home for a second meal. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and friendly.
The food here is pretty good. A little inconsistent, but I'm never disappointed. What is especially excellent here is the staff. Our server today, Shannon, was particularly awesome. She catered to 10 tables at once flawlessly. Many of which were "difficult" customers with very specific orders. She took them all with accuracy and a smile. She also knew most of their names! Hector, the cook, also kept up with all of the orders perfectly. The host was helpful and pleasant as well. It's clear the staff has solid relationship with their customers. Great environment to enjoy a good meal 👍🏽
Ordered biscuits and gravy plate to go and it was worth the wait. Nice atmosphere to to wait for your meal to go or to eat inside. Staff was pleasant and nice. Only thing is they forgot my drink so I went back and told them and they happily made another Drink. Food was great, I like the "old school diner" feel the place has to it, and its roomy enough if you want to eat by yourself and read the paper or have some privacy it's the perfect place to do it.
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Our food was great & the service was excellent!There were 6 of us, ALL of our orders were correct, & getting separate checks was no problem! Highly recommend this Village Inn. My salad was fresh and a friend's pancakes were "delicious"!
We had our vehicles towed while shopping in this area. I wrote a pretty harsh but true review about it. I will say now that this is the new edited version. While the manager was horrible village inn as a brand made it right. They reached out, apologized for the manager actions and unprofessional attitude. They reimbursed me for the towing bill (almost $500) and even sent me a letter and gift card as a good will gesture. It was an unpleasant situation all around but it's good to see that customer service still exists in this world and that village inn really does care about it's customers. Bumping from one star to four. We all make mistakes, it's how we handle them and what we learn from them that matter to me. - Shaun C.

I only give this restaurant 4 stars because I feel the old, worn out sign out front and the outdated decor detract from the dining experience. That being said, the service was good, the food was served hot and was really quite yummy. I had the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. Tomato Basil and a Grown-Up Grilled Cheese. Ideal serving size and, I'll say it again...yum!
This Village Inn is especially clean and the service is always outstanding. Even the managers are genuinely nice people. While I'm admittedly not a pie fan, I do visit often for their lemon artichoke chicken and it's always done up right. My father has consumed nearly the whole menu and hasn't had a complaint yet. The location, however, may strike some, especially tourists, as seedy. Just be sure to lock your car and keep an eye on it. And, if dining amongst an older crowd isn't your thing, do avoid between 3 and 5pm on weekdays and Sundays after church lets out.
The server there is absolutely amazing! She's one of the coolest servers I've met. Glad I got to meet her and hopefully she likes her tip that she has gotten everytime I've been there. She definitely deserves that 25$ and up tip. Definitely will be back
We came in late and Reese and Store Manager were so wonderful. They were sweet with the kids and got our order quick and correct. We took some pie home for dessert. Could not have asked for more!
