Update 9/17: went in ten minutes before closing- they had good service and the pizza was so delicious! We were so amazed with our pizza! Yummy!
The most delicious pizzas and delectable fries!!! OMG they have such yummy green Chile fries that you could very well be full in that dish!!
The local beers and ales are good too 👍🏽
Totally in love with this authentic, comfort food-driven, well-staffed restaurant. We always get the best service, attentive and friendly. Their pasta sauces and pizza are to die for, a veritable feast for the palates of Italian-cuisine aficionados. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that their buttery, mouthwatering, dog-bone-sized garlic breadsticks are the biggest and best in the city. Our family enjoys dinner but always orders a giant pizza for the next day 😋 Highly recommended. (4/5 stars on atmosphere due to the noise level at this popular place)
Went to try out the Chicken Marsala. Also had the minestrone. Both entrees are delicious. Decent portions. Fast and friendly service. A nice restaurant to goto. Not the best but a good casual Italian restaurant.
If you’re looking for a classic pie, look no further. Mario’s has been serving up amazing dishes for years. We got the largest pizza pie you could get and the pizza was so large it barely got through our door when the guy delivered. It was wild. I think they are 5x better than Dion’s and they offer great choices like calzones and deserts that will knock your socks off.
Holy cow this was good! We just had pizza, bread sticks, and salad and it was likely the best pizza we've found for our tastes in Albuquerque so far. We like a saltier marinara and these folks hit the spot. And the pies are gigantic. We ordered the large and had half the pizza left to take home. Highly recommend! Oh! And the dessert menu is to die for!! We didn't see it before we devoured our food and didn't save room... can't wait to go back and try the pastas and deserts!!
Such an AMAZING time at Mario's on Friday 8/18! My wife had pizza (Hawaiian) and I had spaghetti with meatballs and mushroom sauce. Absolutely incredible quality. Our server was excellent! He recommended a beer to my wife, got her a sample which she found went very well with dinner. Atmosphere was so pleasant with no wait at 6pm to be seated. Dying to go back soon! Awesome job Mario's!!!!
This pizzeria by the Mario's chain is definitely top notch and my favorite one. The authenticity & Aesthetics of both place and food really defines this place. Service was on a timely manner and food was delicious..we ordered the 15' Hawaiian pizza with the spinach & artichoke dip, and for desserts we did the chocolate cannoli and chocolate lava cake. They have both digital and paper menu.
Since my initial post we have gone back several times again. This last time we got four XL pizzas and they were huge and a slice was about the size of my face. The only thing is the my cannoli didn’t have chocolate topping like they usually make it. Team was short that day as well.
Great fast service. Delivery was quick and the pizza was phenomenal. The Sicilian had a LOT of crust so if that's your thing!!!!
Service was fantastic and food was absolutely delicious!! Can't wait to visit again very soon!! The toasted Raviolis are a great starter. The Chicken Alfredo Florentine Pizza is highly recommended and don't forget the delicious Spumoni Gelato for dessert.
