Always great food and always good service. One of my favorite burger places. They have a decent gluten free bun for their burgers. Fries are awesome. The place can get very crowded at times, so it's best to not go at peak hours.

Absolutely delicious!! Great, friendly service. Both bartenders were very attentive and kind. The burgers are to die for, though the buns are kinda on the big side. They do offer specialty buns such as gluten free which I will like to try next time. They also have many vegetarian options as well. Fried pickles are yummy too! I really like that they are 100% local; food, beer and wine. Will definitely return!

We were passing through town and I was craving a burger so we stopped here. It was around 1p on a Thursday and we had the place essentially to ourselves - only two other tables were full during our time there. Hubby got the Cajun Burger and Regular Fries which I think was the best decision. His burger patty was rolled in Cajun seasoning and then covered with bleu cheese crumbles and sauce. The seasoning was awesome - super flavorful and not spicy. He gobbled it down in no time. I got a burger with bacon and an over easy egg. It was nice, because bacon. But hubby's burger definitely had more flavor and I would absolutely get that for myself on a future visit. I also upgraded to the Parmesan fries because the waitress recommended them. But I found them to be disappointing. I would actually just stick with regular fries next time. The service was fast and very friendly.

Family wanted to try a different spin on burgers last night so we decided on Bistronomy B2B. Parking was a bit of a challenge as it was a Saturday night, so we had to walk a bit after finding a place to fit our vehicle, but we didn't mind as this burger joint was in the middle of a bustling but cute neighborhood strip. We were quite entertained with some of the store fronts so we almost walked right by it! *NOTE for parents of young teens and children....the business next door is a piercing shop which has a giant gorilla stuffed animal with a visible Prince Albert piercing (a daddy parts piercing) so be prepared for questions - LOL* Table seating was primarily 2 tops with a small section that could accomodate a few parties of 6. The bar was horseshoe shaped and provided additional seating. We were greeted immediately by the staff and upon learning that we needed a 6 top - they had a spot set up and cleaned within a few minutes. We ordered 2 appetizers - red chile fries and the bacon cheddar jalapeños. The red chile on the fries had a pretty thick pasty consistency but had good flavor and the BC jalapeños were fresh, tasty but not spicy at all. Appetizers were good and helped hold us over until our food arrived. We ordered the Rosa, the Sunrise, the Mojo, the Pierre, the BBQ and the Texan. For an average of $10.50 a plate all the burgers came with your choice of regular, cajun or BBQ fries AND also a small jalapeño coleslaw, smoked ketchup and a fried pickle slice. Food had great visual presentation and churned the eagerness to sink our teeth into our burgers. A nice additional touch was the B2B logo burned into the buns. For an additional $.85 upcharge we tried a few of their sauce offerings - the Wasabi Mayo and the Chile Queso which complimented our fries nicely. The patties were cooked exactly to our specifications and were very juicy and flavorful. We were ALL VERY PLEASED with our burger and fry choices. The beer offerings satisfied the different palates in our group from ciders to stouts and everything in between. We all agreed that the brown was THE most delicious and smooth. Service was great. Lizzy was very personable and attentive to our table, had a great smile and was very invested in making our first experience a good one. She kept on top of our drinks so they were never low or out and made sure we weren't lacking anything. All in all we were ALL very happy with our choice and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a different take on burgers and fries. If there is a wait - it's worth it. ;) We will definitely be back. PS - forgot to mention that we found out that they donate 20% of their sales every Sunday to various charities in their community. Well done Bistronomy ...well done.

The beers are great, the food was great, and the customer service topped it off. Also has a pretty interesting vibe to it. I reccomend the B.Y.O.B., with a berry cider beer. Oh and those fried pickles? Best I've ever had.

I avoided going here on work travel for years because it was too cheap. That was a mistake. They have incredible burgers that are almost too reasonably priced, and I will be visiting them again whether the company is paying or not.

Their burger on the artisan bun was amazing. Plus they had Cajun fries to tag along. Perfect. I also enjoyed their large selection of beers during their happy hour 2-4 for $2. The waitress that took care of us was super sweet and swift on her feet.
