I would never (ever) rate a chain restaurant. This is the exception. They are a strictly EU chain with only 10 locations, this being the only one in Italy. I didn't even know it was a chain when I walked in. Its a great hipster place, with food that is very good for the price. It didn't taste artificial or fake at all, and the salad was verdant and crunchy. I also like the atmosphere. I wish I could franchise this place. It's great to go somewhere that isn't just pasta, because that gets old after 8 days.

really great dumplings. one of the best I've ever tried. but the side dishes are a mess (glassnoodle salad tasted like paper). for all that u pay a little too much. anyway. nice service and great dumplings.

Ja ich war sehr begeistert. Die dumplins waren ganz frisch und das personal war sehr bemüht. JA AUF ALLE FÄLLE HIN. Ein kleiner Geheimtipp hier in Florenz.

Tea and broccoli were very good. The place has A/C and is nicely furnished, with free restrooms and a nice staff.

Good recipes and a treat in the sea of pasta and pizza. Authentic dish's and good atmosphere
