Cantina che merita il viaggio. Klaus è un gran padrone di casa che sa mostrarti il suo mondo. Vini stipendi e in continua evoluzione. Si vede la professionalità e la conoscenza. Prodotti in modo più naturale possibile. Andate a trovare Klaus.. sono dei ragazzi stupendi 😀😀😀

Bellissima esperienza di degustazione in una cantina giovane e con voglia di sperimentare. Vini di alto livello, in cui è sempre presente un’ottima mineralità data sia dall’altitudine dei vigneti sia dai venti che spirano nella valle. Veramente interessante il confronto tra vini affinati in legno e in anfora.

a young winery from a 3rd generation of the family vineyard taking a new turn with organic methods, small batch production of amphora aged wines in the ancient tradition as well as the more conventional oak barrel. Excellent pinots and riesling. Klaus is charming and passionate about his wine making. Furthermore his family have a wonderful eatery nearby which is again worth a visit.

My wife and I together with our daughter had an unforgattable visit into Klaus' winery. The winery, cellar, animals, atmosphere, wines and food are absoluately amazing, unique and special. It's really exciting to hear his passion to natural agriculture, his passion to wine, nature and animals, and it's reflected all the way of the wine making. We found the wines elegant, clean, unique, very tasty. We really recommend to plan a visit if you travel to the Dolomites, you won't regret it.

We visited Klaus' winery in July and were so pleasantly surprised by the way he's passionate about his craft. It was a great experience to see how he approaches the wine making process. If you want to see how wine is made in a natural, sustainable way, you should definitely visit. I also agree with another reviewer: it was very interesting to experience the difference in taste and odor between wines that were made in wood barrels as opposed to ceramic containers. We visited with our two children, who liked feeding his sheep ;-)

Absolutely incredible. Seeing all the work Klaus puts in to make each and every bottle and how deeply he cares about treating nature with respect is inspiring. This is so worth it!

Outstanding wine and an even more amazing person. We visited Hochklaus Winery in August 2022, and Klaus had a special impact on us. Not only was the wine great, but his passion and generosity were infectious. It was fascinating to hear about his background traveling the world and expanding his immense wine knowledge, and it's heart-warming to know he's continuing his family's legacy and working so hard to produce fantastic natural wines. There are many wineries throughout the Dolomites, but if you're looking for a down-to-earth, genuine, natural experience, Hochklaus is the place to go. Can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing wine tasting experience at the Hochklaus winery! The views alone are worth visiting, but once there you can also expect some excellent wines. We often visit wineries on our holidays and this one was for sure our favorite! Klaus showed us the vineyard, which has been in his family for generations, and afterwards he took us to the cellar for a superb wine tasting. It was very interesting to taste the same grapes aged in barrels and amphoras. A warning: you will probably take home more bottles than you expect! ;)

Hochklaus wines are all completely full of energy and very well-balanced. His approach to vinification is very interesting and both his oak-aged and amphore-aged wines have an unbelievable acidity. Klaus himself is a very genuine person and you can feel how excited he is about his work when you speak to him. I am very curious to see how he will develop in the coming years.

Wir haben Klaus am 2 Juli 2022 auf dem Weinfest in Girlan kennengelernt und sind bei seinen Stand hängen geblieben :) Unter den ca. 100 Weinen auf dem Fest haben seine einfach herausgestochen. Haben ihn ein paar Tage später auf seinem kleinen, biologischen Hof besucht und eingekauft :) Einfach ausgezeichnete und besondere Weine !!! Unbedingt probieren !
