This is a small family run restaurant. The owner and staff were great. The food was great. I had linguini and my husband had spaghetti and meatballs.. Took tiramisu home. OMG. They have a well rounded menu. Went back and not disappointed. They have an appetizer that's not on the menu we tried. Sorry forgot the name, but it's a tortellini with cheese and a small peach bit inside with a sauce. For entrees, I had the grilled salmon, hubby the trim dish off manicotti, lasagna, and egg plant parmesan. Soup: pasta fagoli.
This place is superb! Yes, the owner is top notch as is Donna, the most professional server I've met in years. If you pass this restaurant up, then that will be your loss. I went for the first time a week ago and already went back only to be remembered and bowled over with delicious food a second time.
Tony and I fully enjoyed ourselves. The food is awesome. It taste just like Italian food should, not like a lot of restaurants I've gone to and wish I hadn't. The atmosphere is calming and it's clean ,the employees are friendly and helpful and good prices. I was taught to cook by an Italian woman who came from Sicily as a young woman and I think she would have approved of this place fully!!!
Though there was a major snafu with my order for my elderly parents, the owner, John Bedford, reached out with a well written and classy apology. He even gave me $ to spend on my parents' next meal. I can assure him (and all readers), they would want to spend that money in no other restaurant than Piccola Italia Restaurant. Thank you John for making this right and for running such a wonderful restaurant. The food is fantastic (I visit from Wisconsin) and the "mom and pop" feel is inviting. Keep up the good work!
First time eating here, and was not disappointed. The food was very tasty. I had the Rigatoni Pomodoro and my husband had the Lasagna. Both were excellent!
Our waitress, Diane, was very attentive. We appreciated her very much. Nice little establishment. Could be updated a little, but nice. We will return!
Excellent. Best pizza we have had in this area very friendly
Update.... called in a pizza takeout order. Took 30 minutes. No problem got pizza home. It must be one of those Cajun blacken pizzas. Total burnt around circumference and half of bottom. Not what should have been served. A good restaurant would have remade it and not served it. Poor service. I have no time to call and wait another 30 minutes plus drive time to get another.
Don' t serve burnt food. Make it right.
Was visiting in Florida. I’ll be honest it was one of the most incredible Italian places I’ve ever seen. What’s really interesting is the demeanor and decor of the interior of the restaurant. It seems like a very family friendly but at the same time sophisticated and nice restaurant to eat and enjoy a nice evening. The red wine bottle special for $14 is simply unbeatable. The waitress Dana was very friendly and recommended the best food possible. There is simply no way to go wrong with this establishment. You should trust the judgment of anybody here and eat anything on this menu!
The pizza was so good that I want to go back soon. The Staff is very friendly. The flavor and crust amazing. Great Italian Pizza.
