If customer service was across the country and the services industry as it is at this DD, we would have a much better country, with less problems and more ethics. Incredibly pleased with management and the employees at this location. They were all kind and prompt with the service. Stoping on the road after driving for a long time, we expect a place to have a good bite and a pleasant service , and this is exactly what we got. Congratulations
Friendly cashier took my order, and it was done in less than 4 minutes. The food was good. As I ate, the front was constantly being cleaned and disinfected. Parking lot with handicap spaces available, and there is a drive thru here.
Normally I'd skip the dunkins but its right on the highway and we needed coffee and a bathroom break.

The (morning) manager is so nice, patient and helpful! 🤗 While I was waiting to place my order he was helping a distraught women who was clearly lost and upset. He took the time to show her on her phone how to navigate her GPS to go in the right direction. That's going above and beyond!!!

I've been going to this Dunkin donuts for about 3 months, my orders are always correct whether I use the drive-through or go inside.

Not the most extravagant of Dunkin' stores available but it haa a drive-thru and it is conveniently located right off Central Avenue by the Midland Avenue Crossing.
If you have a dog with you ask for the dog cup (unless they offer it which sometimes they do)--- it's basically a cup of whipped cream --my dog likes it
The staff are friendly and courteous. It's near an expressway, I like that there are no distractions or undesired interruptions while ordering my breakfast.

Great team work. The food is fresh and they always run out of items because they are so busy. I just wish they would get the rest room fixed it has been out for a while.
