I put in a pick up order, unfortunately my husband got stuck at work and our food had been ready over an hour. This location graciously put my order in the fridge to keep it fresh until my husband was able to pick it up. Thank you!!!
Ist time there and ot was decent clean and busy l9l Id go again would I say it os better than its competitors prob not but never the less worth your time.
They had the order ready when we arrived. Quick and fast. Only complaint is the bread was hard and almost a little bit stale.
Small location but ample parking. The people working here seemed very unhappy. The cashier was definitely not having any chit chat either. Just wished the employees seemed actually friendly. The food was prepared extremely fast and was tasty. The dining area was clean.
Went here with my kid. Staff was great. Restaurant was clean. Tried the new Thai wrap... it's lacking some heat or saltiness to break up all of the sweetness.
The service is always top notch at this location.
We were on a road trip and stopped here but didn’t realize it was mobile ordering only. They let my son use the bathroom inside anyway and then brought the food out to our car! Above and beyond service and great food too.
Jimmy Johns always does an amazing job. Fast and fresh food for pickup or delivery. The employees always seem to have a good attitude. Go get you some today!

Always a great stop! This location has friendly staff, but could use some allergy cross contamination training (i.e. don't use the same knife you cut EVERY other sandwich with to cut an allergy order with). Getting hives from the tiny bit of mayo from the knife that cut my sandwich is the only reason not 5 stars.
Awesome that they delivered to 54th St and 131. I was crazy hungry. It was well made and arrived quickly. I worked for 5 years as a manager at Jimmy John's. This store knows what is up. Good work.
