My wife and I went to Maddi's last night to celebrate her Birthday. We were beyond impressed. The menu and atmosphere are both casual and upscale at the same time, as if that's possible! The decor and physical space have an inviting, cool and comforting industrial revival feel. It's a tastefully understated gentrification effort, and it works.
Most importantly, the food and drinks were amazing! Our server, Brandon, was outstanding at explaining the menu and made us incredible sangrai and my first ever gin drink called a summer Collins, yum. He was as polite and attentive as he was knowledgeable. Thank you for helping make Deb's birthday dinner special! We shared a starter called tuna crudo, home run! My entree was amazing shrimp taco with perfect fries. My wife had a dish they simply call, "that rice bowl". You have to see it to believe it. It's a bowl full of superfoods that I'll no doubt get again! In short, this place is a gem and a welcome addition to the rejuvenation of
Worcester, and the canal district specifically. Just go!
Finally got there last night because I had Lobster Roll on my mind all day and the previous picture they posted was stuck in my mind. I sent a message asking if they were on the menu prior to going. Response was “yes, they are still on the special menu.” Arrived at 6 and checked the special menu and so disappointing not there. Asked our server and she stated they ran out at 4. Wow, they must be good to sell out by 4 and be removed from the special menu, not to mention the quick print of a new special menu. However, our server was wonderful and our second choice meals were fabulous. Will definitely go back again. In future might want to let patrons know limited lobster rolls on special.
Great spot in Worcesters canal district. Awesome atmosphere with exceptional entries. The Nachos were top notch and definitely worth trying. High marks for the steak tips, French dip, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich as well.
My fiance and I came here for the first time last Saturday. We came back this Saturday, and we have decided to make this our new Saturday lunch spot. We are excited to keep coming back to try something new. The flavors in all the dishes are phenomenal. They offer such unique/creative dishes, as well as a large selection of drinks/beer, and a relaxed/comfortable environment. We are so happy to have found this hidden gem! 😋 We love Maddi's! ❤

No BS, this chicken sandwich was the truth. Amazing sandwich 🥪. I highly recommend it.
The Chicken Cheddar 🧀 Bacon 🥓 Ranch sandwich 🥪 on an onion 🧅 roll was spot on. (only served for Sunday brunch)
The Stick E. Bacon 🥓 was sweet and savory. Delicious.
Strawberry 🍓 cannoli pancakes were light and fluffy with great flavor.
Yoooooo, the home fries 🥔 had the best magical seasoning 🧂 on them. Great 👍🏿 tasting home fries.
The atmosphere was electrifying with chatter and laughter amongst the patrons.
Wow oh wow! Went to Maddi’s Cookery and TapHouse for the first time a few weekends ago & my entire family was absolutely blown away with how delicious everything was. They have a fun specials menu, a great drink menu, & fun twists on some classics! They have sangria flights and all four were fabulous!!! We sat on their beautiful little patio, & they had a wicked good playlist going.
Been here a couple times and they have a great Nashville hot chicken sandwich - haven't had an authentic one but seems right on. Hand cut fries are always good too and a pretty big beer selection. A while back I had a quinoa bowl with some other stuff and I remember being happy as well with their healthier selections

I’ve been a few times, and each time food and service were both notable. Love that the food is fresh and made to order (at least I think it is).😊 It tastes way better than any chain restaurant and we usually seek this place out for special occasions. Atmosphere is great as well. There’s a small parking lot across the street that we’re usually able to find a spot in. Looking forward to our next visit back.
