Last night was my first night visiting the Tavern and must say it was excellent from start to finish! Our waiter Wayne was awesome, very attentive gave great drink advice and meal advise and he did not disappoint! Will definately be back and recommend to friends and family!
Place was really quiet for a Saturday night but the food was great. Our waiter was awesome and they did not mind my special request. I would recommend this place for anyone who love comfort food for sure.
My grandma agreed that the food was cooked very well here and coming from my grandma that's a high compliment. We got the teriyaki glazed chicken and steak tips. Our drinks were also very good- in taste and alcohol content. The dessert was a winner as well. The atmosphere was boisterous and fun pub-style.
Cozy but classy place with attentive staff and good food. You can get a nice burger or grilled sandwich, but also a healthy grain bowl (vegetarian if you please), so this is a good place to go if you have a group with diverse dining needs and tastes. They have a decent beer and wine list and a competent bar. There are also some menu items that would appeal to kids if you are bringing yours.
Started off with nacho potatoes. It's waffle fries nice and hot and crispy with all of the nacho toppings cheese and onions jalapeno peppers salsa and sour cream! Absolutely delicious enough for two! Had a special Fall pumpkin Martini which was delicious not too sweet. Four main course I had a mahi tuna bowl which was spicy and tasty with an ASIAN FLARE served on rice. Also had steak and broccoli bowl served on the chesesest Mac and cheese. Sat at the bar and had great service.
Great atmosphere. Great service. Food was good. Truffle Mac and cheese with Buffalo chicken was a bit overpowering with the Buffalo sauce. Make the Mac and cheese THEN add the Buffalo chicken in. They add the Buffalo sauce in the Mac and cheese too, making it a little difficult to eat.
Desserts were amazing. Would go again
Just stopped in for some early afternoon drink before we had to leave for our flight. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside and enjoyed some local beers and mules. I just wanted to give props to our server Wayne for being great. He was super friendly, and very attentive. Seems like a guy I would would want to be friends with. Thanks for making our last coupe hours in Woosta enjoyable dude!
In town for WPI graduation. A super nice waitperson assisted us in the outdoor area and made us feel right at home. Food was very hot, tasty and promptly served. Will definitely come back!
