Last time I had Burgerville was in Portland about 10 years ago, it was horrible. My family decided to get Burgerville today and I have to say it was delicious! Fries were hot and crispy. Burgers nice and juicy. Strips amazing!! And can't beat the milkshakes. The young lady who took my order was very polite and also the young lady at the window was very polite too. This location and this experience has redeemed Burgerville for me.

4 stars due to value only. Service was pretty good, speed of service was fine. Waffle fries are always a favorite. Bacon burger was fine, but was far from a wow especially for the price.

The lobby was closed when I went through the drive thru, but not sure if that's an all the time thing, or because of the time I was there, which was was rather late. That being said, the food was hot and good, and the service was friendly. I got the chicken and chips, and the tenders were some of the better I've had. One negative note... my roommate ordered a burger and stressed a few times that she wanted no onions (she's allergic), but got them anyway. So you may want to double check your food as she did if you order something left off.

They have a large selection of foods check out the menu in the photograph prices are average food is okay fast as fast food..
