Favorite place for bahn mis and milk tea! The spring rolls are also INSANE! Haven’t had a bad item yet everything is delicious and fast!
Just finished another outstanding lunch from Bubble Shack. The grilled pork in our cold noodle dish has such a flavorful marinade, as does the spicy tofu cold noodles. The spicy tofu bahn mi was perfect. Our family always describes it to others as: "the taste of freshness." There are very few places that provide such an outstanding and consistent quality of food. Thank you!

My 11 year old had been to Bubble Shack with my Mother in law a few weeks ago, and she's been begging my wife and I to go back ever since.
We realized that they close at 5pm. so my daughter and I made a trip out to pickup dinner early.
This tiny little spot in a strip of stores was clean, yet festively decorated.
The hand written menu boards were straightforward.
Neverending combinations of Teas (black,green, milk teas), flavors (syrups added to tea..Mango, Blueberry, Strawberry, Banana, Lychee etc. ) , Boba pearls, popping pearls and jellies.
Today My daughter got Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry popping pearls and lychee jellies.
I got Iced Vietnamese Coffee for me and my son.
Both were on point.
Now for the food. The pork and veggies springrolls were crisp, fresh and tasty They were served with a homemade duck sauce.
I got 2 small pork buns , for my kids who ate them before I had a chance to try them. So I guess they were good.
I also ordered a few BBQ Pork Bahn Mi Sandwiches without jalapeños .
They were perfect !!
Fresh shredded carrots, slice of cucumber, cilantro, pork. I toasted them at home and added Sriracha to mine 😉😉.
I love supporting small businesses and we'll definitely be back.
From the awesome logo, I was convinced that this place must be a franchise.
I chatted with the person who took my order and she informed me that they were just a small family business. Hopefully, they will expand their hours soon. By closing at 5, I feel like they are missing out on a dinner rush. My hunch is it's probably a staffing issue .
I almost forgot to mention the drink fridge filled with interesting canned beverages such as lychee drink, coconut drink, sugar cane and a coffee drink.
I grabbed 3 lychee 'cause it's my jawn.
This place is the best! I grew up in this area and I'm thrilled to have a local bubble tea place! My family and I love their specialties (my favorite is the Midnight!) and their pork buns are fabulous and quite satisfying. Amazing service as well, very friendly and they package to go orders with great care. I'm a graphic design student and whoever designed their logo, packaging, menus, etc. Is very professional!
Excellent staff, very friendly. Gave us a really good boba tea and because they messed it up a little, they gave us a free one made right. We didn’t even have to say anything. The integrity among that staff is some of the best. Cant recommend it enough!!!
My 9yr old daughter absolutely loves this place. I do as well but to get her to drink tea or anything similar is a struggle. I absolutely love bubble tea with popping boba it’s something I got highly hooked on when I lived in Germany at the festivals 🥰
Tried Bubble Shack because someone raved about it, and now I understand why. The bubble teas are refreshing and have such a variety of flavors. The banh mi sandwiches are fresh and tasty with the perfect kick of spice. Will be back to try more!
Best banh mi I’ve had!!!! I never had a banh mi with a fried egg before and now I will never be able to eat another banh mi without one! I love love love that we came across this little shack by accident. This place is small but super cute especially the little baby behind the counter saying bye with a big smile! Will definitely be my banh mi spot 🤤
