The person working the drive through was nice and saved me a few dollars making my meal a combo. Love looking at the massive graveyard across the street while I down an entire bag of 5 beef and cheddars

My rueben sandwich and mozzarella cheese sticks were good. I could tell they weren't cooked to order because both items were warm. Next time I will ask for that. I only had a thirty minute lunch break that day.
My Mexican pizza with sour cream and it was delicious 😋 it's just a hop and skip to a convenient store and right at the hospital...if u see me there. I might buy you a taco 🌮
UPDATE: Gave them another try and was very pleased. The food was hot and tasty (and lots of krinkle fries in a small!). We chose roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and Greek gyros. I did go inside to place the order since I had coupons, and everyone seemed to be in a great mood and were helpful with my order. We'll definitely be back!
PREVIOUS: So disappointed. Waited 15 minutes to order (everyone else behind me was yelling to me, asking if I had ordered, and then they all left). Finally placed the order, paid, and when I got home, I realized they forgot one of the sandwiches and gave me the wrong size fry. I understand the current employee situation, but there really isn't an excuse for getting the wrong order after someone waits so long. One thing to note is that the employees were nice and trying their best under what looked like a difficult circumstance. Hope something can be done to help them so this won't be a frequent occurrence.
I was making a quick trip to pick up food for my Dad, it was just before closing time and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by the happiest voice, full of energy and eager to help. When I reached the window to pay, she was equally as friendly. I had to ask how she had so much energy that late, she simply said "I love my job". I found that very refreshing. I learned that her name was "Christy" and felt that you should know how wonderful she is. Thank you for brightening my day.
If you want good customer service I advise you to visit this location! Very nice staff and good fresh food.
Got my buffalo hot sauce fix! The 9 piece boneless buffalo wings were fresh and tasted great! They don't have blue cheese which I prefer but the ranch was fine. Highly recommend!
If you like fast food and have never tried Arby's, just do it. Their items and sauces bring a strong variety to the fast food scene, and if you're foodie who like all kinds of different foods, go ahead and try it.
I also had a good experience at this specific location. The drive through was busy, but the staff had the line moving at a good pace. My food was cooked and prepared well, and the staff was friendly and, surprisingly (for a fast food place) prideful in their work.
