Unfortunately I had a very sarcastic male taking my order in the drive through which caused me to cancel my order. It was very disappointing expecially because I was looking forward to eating there all day...however they addressed the situation right away and have gone the extra mile to assure that the situation has been fixed and also explained to me the misunderstandings that occurred. Very respectable place of business and I recommend this place to everyone who passes by Monkey Junction.

The best customer service to go with the best food!!!
They are always really busy but everyone is friendly. The food comes up fast, we ordered through the app and picked up in store. It's hard to get in the parking lot for drive through. Good is reliably good and consistent.
No other place can touch Chik-Fil-a when it comes to providing exceptional customer service. I went through the drive thru and wonderful friendly service as always, but Meagan went over and beyond tonight… I left my wrap apparently, I didn’t notice and the drive thru didn’t realize… we were turning out of the parking lot and Megan was sprinting and screamed “Ms. Nina, your wrap” SHE MADE MY NIGHT AS WELL AS MY HUSBANDS. I would have been so incredibly upset if I got home and realized I didn’t have my wrap! Thank you so much Megan! I love chik-fil- a if I’m in a bad mood when I arrive, you guys always turn my frown upside down.
A great chick fil a restaurant. Went inside when they had a line of cars around the whole lot. They took our order within a minute and food was at our table before I got back from the restroom. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.
Consistently high quality food and service. This Chick-fil-A wasn't particularly busy, even at 5 pm, so we dined in and got great service. Owen didn't quite get the order exactly right, but it was easy to pick off and everything else was fine. Will definitely be back to a Chick-fil-A.
Fast service. Delicious chicken. We used the drive thru. Great staff. Quick and friendly. Love their waffle fries, too.
I have been coming here for the last four years, and they never disappoint! Even when they make a mistake (which is rare), they handle it with so much grace! This team is incomparable! THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING EFFICIENT, ACCURATE, AND KIND!

5 Star experience now. I've been going to this location for 6 months now and the speed of service is getting faster. It's to the point where you don't get around the turn to the window before your food arrives (if going through drive-thru). Food has greatly improved. Last couple of times the food wasn't great i.e. the sandwiches were all fat, very small, or outright cold and undercooked. Overall, would recommend.
This place is my favorite restaurant in all of Wilmington. Consistently good food, amazing service, I eat here literally once a day minimum (except Sunday). I also love the service by Cameron (with the poofy hair). He rocks that hair and has a fun and approachable attitude. Definitely left a positive impression! #freethehair
The best Chick-fil-a in local Wilmington nc area. Usually fast when the line is super long even during rash hour lunch or breakfast. If there is ever a mistake they fix it right away if not, go out of their way to make better. I can’t say I have never had a negative experience here. From the owner and management and even their employees all work hard.
They do what they do so well, you can trust their food will be good and safe and their service is prompt and respectful. You can't beat their spicy chicken sandwich, adding cheese.
