This location has been consistently very good for my last 3 trips. The food was hot and came out quicker than I anticipated. My server was good and came back to check at least 3 times...so wonderful. Overall really good. The salad was fresh, bathrooms clean, friendly staff.
Chili's had some great food but the service was a letdown. Our meal included the Fajita duo and the Cajun pasta with chicken. Both dishes were spot on - the fajitas were cooked just right and the portion sizes were good. The Cajun pasta was equally impressive.
The cherry on top was the chocolate Molten lava cake. Hands down, it's the best lava cake we've ever had.
But the service was another story. Our waiter was hardly around and didn't seem interested in being there - he was complaining a lot, which wasn't cool. So, while the food hit the mark, the service from our waiter was a bummer.
Honestly, Chili's has stepped up their game. New appetizers, lots of different flavors, with a bold mix of flavor. Summer of Margaritas is fun. I loved the brisket burger. The hubby's steak was not a very good cut, very sinewy and tough, which is the reason for the 4 star rating. The wait and bar staff were excellent. Will definitely go again.
It was relatively empty when we ate here, and we were told the only spot in the restaurant for a group our size (6 people) was in the corner by a window, where it happened to be really cold. I think this was a one-off though, as we came at an awkward time where there was very limited staff. The waitress who served us was excellent and funny, she had great customer service. Food was pretty typical of most Chili’s experiences I’ve had before. I got the southwest egg rolls and the asparagus, both were cooked well and what I expected. The manager checked in on us as well, overall the place had great customer service and good food.
Got the to go order. Wings and fries mozzarella. I could not believe how good the wings are (Jamaican and Nashville hot). Truly exceptional wings and my wife and grandmother absolutely loved the fired mozzarella. They are huge! Never seen mozzarella like that. They are really upping their game since I last went. My wife and i's new favorite.
Took my girls here for a quick lunch. Hadn't been in forever.

The food was good. Tge service was GREAT all around. Everyone there kind and welcoming.
What I ordered Bacon ranch chicken quesadillas without the bacon toppings sour cream lettuce and diced tomato. Since I don't eat bacon , as requested I was able to enjoy chicken quesadillas minus the bacon with the toppings provided . First bite, BIG OLE CRUNCH! Appetizer!! Triple Dipper. Yum! With this you choose three dipping sauces Avocado ranch - favorite! Ranch, and marinara . It comes with two huge size mozzarella cheese sticks, delicious, we chose crispy but so tender strips and chicken egg rolls with street corn spinach black beans and more! Services from the front door to the kitchen were great. It's kid friendly, so if you don't mind small, young children running around, FACTS! GO N GET YOUR GRUB AND CHILL AT CHILI'S!
Have always had good food and service over the years, can’t think of ever being disappointed here. Today was no different but way better. Our server Taya, was fantastic and great at her job. As a restaurant worker I notice things. She not only was serving, but she was hosting and sitting tables, serving, tending bar, and bussing her tables. That’s every front of house job there is. She was friendly and attentive to us and each table she had (which was six at just the time we were there). I have had such horrible customer service over the past month at all different places and companies, so this was a breath of fresh air. Employees like this need to be valued and shown appreciation, both verbally and tangible. She needs a raise, keep her around and satisfied because she will keep your place running! We can only hope to have her take care of us again one day! Thank you Taya
Came here for my 30th birthday to celebrate with my wife and grab a Molten Lava Chocolate Cake. It was delicious and our visit was great! Our waitress was very friendly and they even came out and sang happy birthday to me. I enjoyed it!
This was our third time here. It's my son's new favorite place to sit down & eat. Funny thing, MANY years ago, Chili's was my fav place too! The experience has been great, the wait staff have been awesome, food delicious. This last time we did curb side & I will say, we waited forever. It was over 30mins we waited for them to bring out the food. I wasn't too happy about that.
