Russell's Steak, Chops, & More is MUCH more than just the most elegant high end restaurant in all of Western New York, but a place where you can go to be with good friends, stay in one of the most ascetically, beautiful suites around, eat the best cuisine, and have the owner greet each and every time you dine there. The bar and restaurant are both breathtakingly beautiful and the place is taken care of so well, it brings patrons in from near and far to take in this incredible ambiance. From the hotel staff, to the servers, bartenders, front desk staff, bussers, housekeeping staff, hotel management, (Mark, Robert, Sonny, Jay, Danielle) to Russell Salvatore himself, there is honestly no place we'd rather visit for a night out on the town.
1 year ago my husband and I got married there and just celebrated our 1st year anniversary in December. We also spent New Year's Eve and enjoyed ourselves with all of our amazing Russell's friends. We are always treated like royalty. We can't recommend this place enough. To us, there's no other we'd rather go to than Russell's... Of Course!
Awesome experience.
The dinner, lamb chops and the blue cheese infused 14oz steak were both to die for.
Very difficult to pay them a compliment to top what already has been written about them so well already.
The chef Nick Coleman took time to give us a tour of their cutting edge, well organized kitchen.

Ordered the calamari, the lobster mac and cheese, the sea bass, and the banana cream pie. All were incredible, along with the service and decor. Our server had great energy and definitely added to our dining experience. Wonderful dinner!
What can I say, this place is exceptional! Excellent food! Excellent service! Over all top notch! This is our third time coming here. T truly gets better everytime. Staff is always on top of everything! Very attentive. This restaurant knows how to run perfectly. They really make you feel special as you are the only people there. Presentation of the restaurant and the food is truly perfect. Drinks, choices off the menu are awesome! I highly recommend coming here!
This was our first time visiting. Ashamed to say we should have a lot sooner! Not a big steak eater so never had it on the radar. Well let me tell you, they are what they, steak and more! Our meals were absolutely delicious. One of the best nights out to eat in a long time. The service was good, and surprisingly faster than we anticipated. If you like me and never went thinking only steak will be good, throw that thought out! We had the stuffed veal and Osco buco as our mains, and the crab cakes with sausage and cheese specialty bread! Everything was amazing!

Went on my birthday. The food is superb the steak and portabella fries were the best. The butter on the steak was wonderful. I don’t know if the bar menu is the same as in the dining room. I was sat in bar seating not the dining room. But it was excellent food. Met two nice women there celebrating one of their birthday’s as well. Would definitely go again just would want to be in the dining room even if I am alone.
Russell's is a good spot to celebrate an occasion. We split an order of the stuffed peppers and the caprese salad for appetizers. For entrees I ordered the Russel's cut filet and the wife had the sea bass. My filet was cooked properly, though seasoned a bit too heavy for my tastes. The wife enjoyed her sea bass.
Is it the best steaks in WNY? Debatable, but probably not. But it's a nice place to celebrate an occasion with good food and good service.
Service was impeccable! Food was amazing. I don't even like steak but I was blown away at the flavor! It's very pricey, so it will be nice when you want to take your spouse on a special date night.
Ohhh,what a fine dining treasure. The staff is SO accommodating and adds to the best experience ever. Worth every penny. The pork chop is top notch as is everything. Lucky Buffalo.
This restaurant is fabulous. When you walk in you are surrounded with class and elegance. The staff is very kind and attentive. The food is bursting with flavor. The owner takes pride in his restaurant. Everything is perfect. ❤
