Food was pretty good, would say the employees could be a little bit nicer though... I do recommend still.
1 is a deluxe and other is a turkey deluxe.
I placed an online order, thinking I was choosing delivery ... unfortunately I selected pick up. I called the store and one of the managers volunteered to bring my order to me, at no cost, wouldn't take my cash tip. Customer service has never been this strong in my opinion. And I have been working in the industry for years. Kudos to this location for going above and beyond to take care of their customers. I recently moved from the east side of Wichita. Always ordered from the Rock rd location. This location is 100X better!

I love the food at Schlotzky's, the staff however could pretend to like their job a little better. But I am usually able to look past that because I'm this case the food is worth it. The space is clean and bright. Limited seating due to covid but I don't usually eat there anyway.
We ordered for first time the sandwich was a little short on the meat not like

I absolutely love Schlotsky's!! And this restaurant in particular! They are so friendly and helpful. Every time I bring someone new they take the time to explain everything and always make us feel very welcome. The food is amazing and you can tell they take the time to make it perfect, just like the pictures!
