I'm a little confused because I think this restaurant is also called Tokyo at least that's what their menu says. All that being said their food is great. I can only vouch for the sushi because that's all I've had there but it was very good and I had it delivered and it was delivered an appropriate containers to keep it all intact. The only complaint I have was that the first time I ordered from them the rice was still slightly warm and I feel it should be cold but that's minor because that just means they made fresh rice.
First off, this IS one of the smaller buffets you'll find. If you like the big buffets with lots of variety then save yourself some time and don't go here. That said, especially for the low price, I am quite fond of this place. The taste is quite good for a buffet, usually Chinese buffet food is mediocre. I find it odd that it doesn't seem like the food is a high enough temperature, but you can clearly see LOTS of steam coming from under the food. Plus, I've seen them checking the temperature of the food. They still have a menu, I have not tried ordering off of that. For $5.99 I find the lunch buffet quite good.
