Wow. The food is delicious, the "cry & fry" (onion ring with fries) is absolutely SUPERB!! The burgers are juicy, hot and just down right tasty. I like that they have options for every type of "burger" lover and any type of diet- vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, etc. They offer lettuce wrap burgers, a plant based (vegan) burgers, quinoa burger, the list goes on. They even have a breakfast burger- way to step up the game, BurgerFi! I would encourage other burger places to offer these type of options to appeal to all audiences. The staff is welcoming, friendly and always greet you with a smile!I LOVE that they have a community table in the center, gets the conversations going with fellow burger lovers. Lastly, save room for the red velvet shake- real pieces of cake, which is shockingly decadent!

My husband and I each ordered a chicken sandwich, one grilled and one fried. We also got some fries and rings. We loved everything enough to order a CEO burger before we left. Service and atmosphere were great. Prices were a little high, but the quality was worth it.
Glad this finally opened! It took a long time for the remodel of this location. It does look nice and homey inside. This restaurant serves homemade style food. They are famous for hamburgers that are supposed to be "fresh" without additives. The fries are thick cut and not too greasy. The prices are a little higher, but again the food served here is supposed to be more natural. Good food and good atmosphere overall.
I will agree with it being a little pricey (restaurant prices and no table service). Burgers were kinda small but all in all the food was great! I had the Conflicted burger the kid had the bacon cheeseburger, we liked the Conflicted burger alot better. The fries were good. I added some seasoning with the little kiosk and it messed up (stupid computers) and I didn't get the seasoning I wanted on them.
Very welcoming staff and tasty burger. One large fry fed three adult and one toddler and we had some left. Alexander did an awesome job
Face it this is a direct competitor of 5 guys. And if flavor, presentation, the look and feel of the restaurant, the variety of menu items was the deciding factors burger fi would reign supreme. However when you fold in value/cost, it's sad to say this place has to be matched against eateries such as full service sit down steak houses. When two people can easily spend 30$ on a burger joint I have a problem. Make no mistakes the burger was flippin amazing but dang 12-15 bucks per person REALLY! I'm appauled since I can grab a steak for the same price. Look not saying it's not good just saying I don't feel the product being sold matches the price point...

My husband and I have found ourselves a great burger place with fabulous service! You won’t leave hungry. Two patties with each burger and the burgerfi sauce is really tasty! For dessert we had frozen custard shakes. We will definitely go back!
Burgers arealways great, but today was the first time ordering onion rings. They are huge! By far the greatest opinion rings I have ever tried!
We were very pleased with our experience. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. they answered all of our questions about the menu.
We had a beer with our burgers which paired it off just right. My husband got the CEO burger which was delicious! They have a big selection on burgers and I'm excited because they have quite a few vegetarian burger options.
The atmosphere was great. Comfortable and open. The decor was kind of modern day warehouse feel. Overall we enjoyed our experience and we will definitely be back here!
