We came here with friends today. Hadn't heard of it before, our friends recommended it. It was great! They were super generous with toppings! The food was great and came to our table super fast! All the employees were super friendly. We really enjoyed the experience. You should check this place out.
My friend and I had lunch here yesterday. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the pizza was excellent. I love the ability to build your own pizza, and it will be fun to try out various combinations in the future - the very near future!

Amazing brick oven pizza!!! When you get here grab a paper menu in the order line and check out all the extras. Steve and Aisha are wonderful and very helpful when it comes to ordering. Any questions, don't be afraid to ask, they are both extremely knowledgeable and know their pizza. Also located in the restaurant is an ice cream parlor for dessert afterwards. Beer, wine and soft drinks(coke products) available for purchase. Firenza offers birthday parties where kids get to make their own pizza and go through the whole process. Just call and talk to Steve directly for information. Tip for directions coming up North Gore, once over the railroad tracks make a right then go up the parking ramp to the left. It's the quickest route to Firenza. Enjoy !!!

Firenza is a quick brick oven fired pizza restaurant (in the same vein as Blaze, MOD, and Pie5) with an upcoming Frozen Custard counter at the other end of the dining area. (This will be a nice option in the summer as I am not a fan of froyo)
I have not been to Blaze, but will note that though similar to MOD and Pie5, my pizza from Firenza came to my table much more quickly - maybe 3-5 minutes after ordered and paid. The pizza was delicious, and what I really appreciate is that there is a standard red sauce and a spicy red sauce. The spicy sauce is good without being crazy hot or peppery.
Immediate competition in the area is Jet’s Pizza, but that has a different enough style of pizza and offerings.
Firenza is ideal for lunch due to the portion size, customization, and “fresh from the oven” style. The price it fair for the quality of food that you get, but a standard one-person meal could run up to $10-$15.
The staff is super-friendly and helpful.
The mobile app is not quite working yet for this location, though there is a push to download it.
Great pizza, good ingredients with nice options to build your own. Service was great and even though they were packed the pizza came out really fast and was cooked well. Great option if your looking for a gourmet pizza, fast at a very reasonable price. Great location also!
We tried this place for the 1st time last week and really enjoyed our food. We got two pizzas and a nice big salad and they were all tasty
Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff is so sweet and helpful and the food is amazing. I haven’t had a chance to try all the sweets but I will definitely make a point to try. I’ve yet to have any food from there I didn’t like! They also have beer so it’s a fun place to sit and relax or bring the whole family
Outstanding pizza! I've had a few "quick personal pizzas" from other places, but this is authentic pizza and it tastes amazing! Great people! Can't wait to go back!
Love this place. Excellent pizza. Friendly staff. Grab some gelato for dessert too!
