Great service from the moment I arrived. The food is perfection from taste to presentation. Place has great music and Ora. Will be returning. 5star experience !
Two of my friends and I go to sing go sushi at least every other week. It's a bit of a drive for a couple of us to get there, but we do like the food, and the service by Felicia is incredible. She's very sweet, and brightens up the place. I would say the quality of her service mixed with the variety of food on the menu are the reasons that we go there.
Everything was absolutely delicious, the food was prepared fresh and quickly. The most exquisite and authentic dragon roll I've ever had. I ordered the Tony Soprano, Victoria Secret, Amigo Jalapeño, Don Quixote salmon, and the gyoza dumplings. This was my second visit and absolutely won't be my last.
This place has the best sushi in the greater waterbury area. Singo is back and he is a true artist when it comes to his dishes. Just visited today and they have expanded their space. It is now double in size and they did a great job with the renovation. Ingredients are always fresh and you can find some very creative rolls at this place. I always stop in when I visit the area.

I've been to so many different Sushi restaurants. It's crazy that Singo Sushi is the Best I've ever tried and it's right in my hometown of Waterbury C.T.. Do yourselves a favor guys try Singo's Cole Roll and the Blue Crab California Rolls. You won't be disappointed 😉
