WiFi, comfortable seating, good location...I'm a fan!. Its location less than a block from the Tenleytown metro, free WiFi, and generally comfortable seating (upstairs from the main market) have made me a fan of this place. As for the food options, if you want to grab a bite, the salad bar is consistently good, full of fresh veggies, and the prepared food section with lots of interesting side dishes (saffron rice, spicy eggplant) is also worth a try. I'm not a fan of WFM's pizza or sandwiches. Soups, especially the chicken noodle and tomato basil, are also very good. And I love the olive bar where I can find my favorite black Cerignola olives. Last but not least, a small container of freshly cut watermelon or canteloupe is surprisingly reasonably prices at $2.30-$3.00 (it's cheaper than Giant and better quality to boot!).
This is also a good place for a small group meeting. I've seen poetry and support groups meet here.
Great place! Friendly staff! Little pricier than giant but high quality organic products!! I have been using the salad bar for lunch and I am loving it! The selection is huge and great quality! I get a great salad within my budget of $10 ! There is also a nice seating area where you can get coffee or a beer if you like! I didn’t like the bathrooms in the cafeteria area! I have pictures but I won’t post them here! But i hope they will give the bathrooms some TLC! It’s a shame such a beautiful and clean store have such a nasty bathroom! can you imagine an employee going to the bathroom that has leaking water all over the floor dragging all those germs on his shoes near your food in the kitchen and everywhere? Hence the 4 stars! Please fix the bathroom!

I love this location market prices to be cheaper than the H Street NE Store location.
Their hot bar food looked fresh and smelt inviting.
The store was clean, the workers were clean and professional.
The store was busy but not crowded. The lines moved very quickly. I will be going to this location instead of the H Street NE location There is a total different atmosphere here.
Incomparable food. Such variety!! And great choices for vegans. Some bargains but unfortunately still mainly overpriced.
This is one of the smaller Whole Foods locations, but it still manages to provide the same high quality shopping experience that I have come to expect from this company. They have excellent produce. A vast selection of fine cheeses. Why? And all sorts of fruit, juices, waters and other beverages. A bakery and an excellent butcher and fishmonger. Best of all, it's super easy to get in and out of with their free parking for customers. But this location does not offer the large on-premises, cafeteria seating and other amenities one might expect. It still is very very much an important part of the Whole Foods family.
I had a cake made from my wife's birthday. It was ready right on time. It was a strawberry shortcake with whipped cream icing and it was super delicious.
This location is very nice and clean. A lot of parking spaces.
I work a few blocks away, so this is a frequent lunch or dinner stop. Awesome sushi! Super fresh. The salad bar is always well stocked and fresh. Love it!
There are a few reasons I tend to shop here. First, the parking structure isn’t ridiculously tight like a lot of them are (tip, enter from the back, it’s much less crowded). Second, they have a great beer and wine selection. The staff is helpful, too.
Inflation shows. I was away for one month. I did my vegetable and fruit shopping, no meat, no fish, and no prepared food. Two small pieces of cheese of the size and type i usually buy went from $8/$9 last month to $11/$12 this month... What would have cost me under $100 a year ago, cost $120 to $130 last month, and i just paid $198... for fruits and vegetables, 2 pieces of cheese, 1 Greek yogurt, 1 bread, 1 bag of coffee... Surreal...
I've been visiting this location for many years, the store has improved with times but still a few things need better attention, mainly the parking garage that gets cramped very quickly and getting in and out can be challenging
