It's a pretty inclusive spot. My cousins wanted to check it out, and it did not disappoint..Recommended 🤎🤎🤎🤎
MY SON, 'DREAM' HAD HIS FIRST DRAG SHOT SHOW A FEW MONTHS BACK., ' WHICH HE DID AN AMAZING JOB'! THE STAFF WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE. THEY WELCOMED ME WITH OPEN ARMS AS I WAS THERE TO SUPPORT MY SON FIRST DRAG SHOW. LOOK OUT FOR MY SON, DREAM. HE'S MY DREAM COME TRUE AND I HOPE YOU GUYS GET TO WITNESS YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE TOO🥰💞😘💕❤️
Fun place in DC. Lots of different floors and bars it gets a little confusing. Was there for an event so I’m not sure what the normal crowd usually like but I heard it skews young.
Elvin did a really good job and making sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. we felt very safe and appreciate.
Sports themed gay bar in the lively neighbourhood of Adams Morgan. Great atmosphere and good value drinks. This place gets busy upstairs.
The newcomer to DC’s gay bar scene, Pitchers has a little something for everyone. Friendly staff, a full menu, great layout, outdoor space, vintage video games, and wide selection of mixed drinks makes Pitchers the perfect spot for a casual weeknight cocktail or night out with your friends. Make sure you explore the entire complex, because every room offers something different.
Pitchers is truly one of my favorite bars in DC, and it's exactly what the city's LGBTQ+ scene has been missing. The spot has three segments: the top floor is your traditional dance floor and bar, with all the energy, activity, rambunctiousness, and alcohol that you're looking for to fuel you through a long night. Their taste in music is...solid, but not quite what I was expecting? Even so, that might have just been the case for the night that my friend and I decided to stop by. We still had a really great time on the dance floor regardless. The middle floor is a restaurant-ish type area, with more seating, food, drinks, and light music. I spent most of my time, however, in the basement. Pitchers' lowest floor is home to a wonderful speakeasy called "A League of Her Own" that has just the most incredible of vibes. The bartenders are remarkably sweet, the drinks are solid, and there's just enough music to keep up the ambiance while not overpowering conversation. There are several little TV stations, some of which were showing movies (I believe they were watching Captain America: Civil War the last time I was here?), and others of which had video games. They had various Mario games, old and new, on various consoles. Pitchers is a great place to visit regardless of the vibes that you're looking for!
Hands down, one of the best bars in DC. Drinks are strong and the bartenders are super nice. The entire building is well kept even on its busiest nights, everyone inside was kind and welcoming. I felt safe and had a great time from the moment I first stepped into the door to the moment I left. Highly recommended.
Very nice bar and restaurant.large beer selection. Excellent cocktails. Friendly. and engaging staff. Salads looked great but I opted for the burger. It was fantastic! Perfectly flame charbroiled patties on a tasty bun piled high with fresh lettuce tomato and onion.
Looking forward to going back.
Shocked by the low rating, this bar is chill, fun and friendly. Thank you to gay bars that have stayed open during the pandemic and are trying to keep people safe while also giving us a place to socialize. Can't wait to go back here!
