While on vacation in the wintertime, my son and I walked to the Childrens Museum on a Sunday afternoon. Since we got hungry, I decided to stop by here for quick, cheap lunch. I placed an order via McDonalds app. I got my kid a 6 piece nugget happy meal with fries, apple slices, and apple juice. I redeemed an offer for free large fries with purchase. I got a McDouble (only ketchup) and a large sweet tea. The total was $7 and some change.
The order was placed at 1:33pm and we received food at 1:38pm. I asked for BBQ sauce and they only gave me one… I didn’t want to seem greedy, so I didn’t ask for another but the lady saw my large fries and knew 1 wasn’t going to be enough lol.
They forgot my kid’s apple juice. I got it and 2 more bbq sauces for me. The cashier, whose name tag read Jefferson, was very nice and helpful! I decided to sit in and eat. The food was fresh and no complaints.
I haven't eaten inside a McDonalds for a while, but I am glad I stopped to eat at this one. The food was fresh and hot, and the employees were on their job keeping the place clean. I would visit again and recommend to others.
This was unlike any McDonald's I have been to before. It was clearly intended to service a upscale client. For someone just visiting, it will be certainly a McDonald's they remember.
Food was hot. Service was fast and friendly. Many homeless come in to hang out for the allowable time limit. Staff did a great job trying to keep the need of guests cleaned up.
Food was made PERFECTLY; Big Mac wasn't too saucy or too little sauce. Just right.
Probably the best McD I had in awhile, especially where it's located, it has to be better then others. Definitely recommended as a visitor from NYC.
This one was down street from the hotel we was staying at. We got there around 7:30pm. After we order, we got a table number. The wait was long because many people was there. They called our number instead bringing the food to the table. My husband got our food but they forgot his soda. He told them about the soda after he waited 10mins up front and they gave him the soda. They close the 2nd floor as we ate & the 1st floor don't have much seating. They scream that the table service is done for the night but there is no sign saying about the hours. The staff was very busy because many people was waiting for their food.
Great deal - Buy one Big Mac, get the second one for one dollar! Also, being from New Jersey, My daughter and I absolutely love the fact that we were able to drink from plastic straws again!
Not being known for speed or quality, this location knocked it out of the park during a 3am standing room only event. Congrats to the Managers!
