Picked up some takeout this afternoon (10/22/22.) Ordered the avo turkey with provolone cheese plus a roast beef and provolone also. The roast beef was cooked all the way through; which I love and kind of reminded me of a cheesesteak inspired sandwich. I noticed they have lots of variety and also staple sandwiches on their menu . The sandwiches are delicious!!
And I absolutely love their store motto:
“GOOD VIBES. GREAT SANDWICHES.”
The Uber driver took the shake for my pregnant coworker. I was reordering and didn’t realize I used a different location. I called the store to explain what happened and asked if the could put the new order shake in the bag and Ms. Theresa and her crew remade it for her even though it came from another location. They are awesome!!!!
My second time here. Delicious food made to order. Sizable portions and pleasant staff. I got a "skinny" sandwich and realized after the fact, they just hollow out the bread. Worked for me! The line moves very quickly so you need to be ready to pay. Would definitely visit again.
On a trip from Oklahoma and ate here and it WAS INCREDIBLE!!!
Had the Italian which was fantastic (ask for light jalapeño).
Ms. Theresa and her team nail it constantly with great food and amazing service. I’m so happy to have this store as my go too for lunch in the go!
Not being from the D.C area, I ordered my sub at a different location and went this one. The manager named Glenn (I believe that's what his name is) was very understanding and made me my sandwich regardless of my mistake. Glenn didn't have to do this, and he went above and beyond.
The bad reviews really surprise me. I've been going to this location for over 2 years, all times of day. I have only ever had great experiences and so have my friends. This is my favorite location, and it is always clean and the employees are bomb. Never been ignored or had an issue. Overpriced?? Um if this is overpriced, let me know where you're eating please! Anywhere I can get lunch for two under $30 is awesome in my book, especially good food. Grilled chicken and cheddar, bacon, mushrooms all the way. Keep up the good work, so glad your shop is in my neighborhood!
Probably the best Potbellys I've been to. The staff is nice and talkative and the place is very clean. The sandwiches are nice and moist and full of flavor. They don't overdo it with the toppings to where they are falling out of the bun. Their mac n cheese is the bomb. It's very creamy. I also love their hot peppers.
Food is hands down best breakfast in city! Quick breakfast sandwich. Great service. Such a cute quiet spot! Theresa was wonderful
