Frankly, I was blown away. I took a hot date and she was impressed by the chic, tasteful and authentic atmosphere. The food was exceptional, the drinks were delightful, the service was prompt and friendly.
You can find this gem nestled in a cute walkable alley full of great spots for food and drinks, which we explored after our meal.
I would especially recommend the duck, which is bar none the best duck I have ever eaten.
Thank you, Tiger Fork, and see you next time.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tiger Fork in DC, and I can confidently say that it was an experience worth every penny. The highlight of my visit was the delectable Crispy Pork Belly Plate, which left me utterly satisfied and craving for more.
The Crispy Pork Belly Plate at Tiger Fork was a culinary masterpiece. The portion size was generous, allowing me to relish every mouthwatering bite. The dish featured perfectly cooked pork belly with a delightful balance of crispy skin and succulent meat, ensuring a delightful textural experience.

Awesome place for a special occasion. I went here last night and we loved combo fried rice. Pork ribs were ok, kind of sweet but presentation was great. Also the meat attached to ribs were not a lot and kind of hard to eat. We got duck dish and it was not comparable to authentic Peking duck (I mean I didn't expect it to be the same). We also got green beans and the taste was really unique. Green beans were kind of tough to chew but the crunchy red pepper and garlic were amazing. Also the entrance door seems like a backdoor but it's just that the door is super heavy so just pull really hard.
Ambiance is really nice. Expect to pay 22% service charge on top of your bill. We didnt pay additional tip due to service charge even though additional tip is encouraged. Service was underwhelming that is why we didnt include more tip.
Price point for all the dish and the unique Chinese decoration + ambiance is good, but I don't know if I would go back. Total we paid about 130-150. One time experience is good.
October 2023 Update - Again couldn't get reservations and walked in receiving an opportunity to sit at the bar overlooking the kitchen. Fun to watch the dishes coming out. Still loving Tiger Fork and recommend it.

Didn't have a reservation so decided to take our chances walking in. Sat at the bar where they serve the full menu. The cocktails are unique and excellent. The fried rice was the favorite entree out of what we tried. Friendly responsive wait staff and bartenders. Great place for a drink and Asian street food.
Partner’s family came into town tonight, so we decided to check out Tiger Fork. I got a hot Hong Kong milk tea (which was yummy), green beans as an appetizer (which was very yummy 5/5) and the chicken dan dan (which was ok but I wouldn’t get again 3/5, I think it needed more sauce). Did not have a reservation, was able to snag three seats at the bar at 6:45PM on a Wednesday. Service was spectacular! Of note, a 22% service/gratuity charge was added to the check. Next time, I would like to try a homemade soda and the mush/broc dumplings.
If you are looking for a good chill hang out spot with good food, then this is your place to be! Fresh food, and the drinks on point.
Make sure to try the Banana Dan drink!!! O.M.G. :-D. Talk about good 👍
What an interesting take on Asian Cuisine. The fried rice was delicious, the pork buns with fish were really good, but the ramen noodles with beef was more like spaghetti with an Asian flare. Overall, this was a great experience and a lot of fun. If you are in the DC area and looking for something different. Give this place a shot. Enjoy!
Went here for our anniversary. The manager made it fantastic. Baijiu and champagne is always the move. Get the wontons and the green beans.
Wowza! What a place 🤩 The service was friendly and fast, the ambiance was a bit loud at times but overall fun and welcoming, and the food/drink was incredible. They serve large family-size portions for each dish, and each one was tasty and worth taking the leftovers home 🤤😋🤤
4.5 ⭐️- Modern Hongkong Style food
The smashed cucumber salad and prawn fried rice were simply delicious! The pork ribs were good too. Their pork belly was a disappointment though.I was expecting it to be the crispy roasted pork belly that you usually see in HongKong bbq shops but it was just deep fried and a bit bland.
The service and atmosphere were great. 5 stars for that as the servers were very attentive.
